Why? Defund the police. The Crime is killing the animals by one or more persons.. This this sickening.

Why are you idiots calling to defund the police? Are you going to the location to do a citizens arrest? If the police can't afford to do their job what happens to crime? When criminals find out there's no consequences to their actions what happens to crime? The police need more funding and more training.

Not enough they need to make punishment much steeper too many animals are abused unable to defend themselves
