This nearly made me cry, and I’m 13.

"Kids I have exciting news! We're moving!" *all my memories with my friends that felt like family to me that I hung out with every day* "Are you kidding?" *me later balling my eyes out* *telling my friends them being so sad* I'll never forget those times that's still the place I always call home. Never let go of your best memories just enjoy the time u have then and there.

I want this to be played at my funarul not to make people cry but I want them to remember the fun times we all had together when we were young and nothing mattered in life but family and friends. But listing to this and thinking of all the memories it hurts because I have been through a lot of pain by the age of 6. I have lost a lot of trust in people because they have broken it so many times but the friends I have now told me I can trust them and so fare they have keep there promise to me

I wish I could do better in my studies, I wish I had more than a single friend (the reason I only have one now is that all the others already gave up and stopped bothering to do anything outside their homes. The worst thing is that friend spends a majority of his time with other friend groups these days. I'm... on my own now. No friends, apart from a fairly busy person who never has time to talk, my studies are going badly, and my own father keeps questioning my academic choices. I pushed myself so hard to not be a failure. But now it appears I am. I... hate myself. I really, honestly do. What makes me hate myself even more is that I'm too much of a coward to do anything about it. So I just keep existing, being the human equivalent of a pile of faeces.

Kelsey Patrick honestly. Losing my grandma was the worst day of my life. I hated myself so much in the moment when I heard that she was gone. So much. Because the last time I went to her house, I barely talked to her at all. The last chance I had. To have a conversation with her. To talk to her about her stories. To ask for another one. To hug her. To tell her I love her. But all I did was go over, stay for about 30 mins and barely say anything and go home. And now she’s gone. And I can’t ever go back. The only thing I have left is a small book from her. Telling stories, writing poems. Talking about me and my mom for a large part of it. I haven’t been able to go through the entire thing because I can only manage to get through 1 or 2 pages before bawling my eyes out with regret.

Not really for me.. My sis is lucky cuz she gets to leave in 2 years. I am the youngest. I just wanna grow up and move out of my house.....

One of my close friends at school is moving and I had gotten the news on Sunday, but his last day at school was either Monday or Tuesday, but I was on vacation so I wasn’t able to say goodbye to him in person. Even though I’ve only known him for a few months he’s one of my closest friends and school and was one of the first friends I made at the new school too. (It was just recently finished so it was brand new) when I had first gone it seemed like everyone knew each other and I had known no one except for one person, (haven’t seen her through the entire school year so far and I don’t think I will see her and I’m not very close with her) but he became my friend after about 3 weeks into the school year, we had 3 classes together and because of him I had made a few more friends in my classes that we shared with them. He is one of the kindest people I have ever met and even though he’s only moving 20-30ish minutes away, he’s not going to be going to the same school and it feels like he’s moving thousands of miles away. I’m going to miss seeing him at school so much. Sorry if this sounds ventish but thank you for reading of you did

I listened to this song and didn't feel anything, not even a tear. Then I went to bed and had a dream that ripped through me. I woke up sobbing and cried on and off all day. Never underestimate the power of this music to bring back your dearest memories. It will get to you -- one way or the other.

True.. and yet I'm only 12 and I want to go back in the past because now I see that life is very tough with insecurities, depression, insomnia, anxiety, trust issues, not being a good enough friend... so many reasons that some people cant explain but even though I went through something doesn't mean other aren't going through something so just be nice to others no matter what they said or did to you, because one day you might realize what they went through to cause their anger...

U thought u would stick with those u cared about. But when u get older. U see the world and how it is. The insecurities the darkness the loneliness. That’s a great quote, and it’s what people should really do and not be stuck in the past, but it takes me months to get over good times from my past, mainly my friends that I met and then had to say goodbye to. Never being able to see them again. I cry at my past, because I want it back. I don’t like change, especially when it involves saying goodbye for the last time.

Good memories when I was 16-21. It was the best part of my life. I remember I felt a real happiness, that I no longer feel since I turned 22. Freedom, friendship, crazy ideas, trips, and the best thing: standing infront of a school with friends on friday after class… it all fall apart when you start working.

Well when we get older the more we hide where we forget how to feel certain emotions when you think of memories it reminds you how to feel those emotions again and your mind cant comprehend all the emotions you have been keeping deep down inside and then it all flows out thats when you know who you are and who you are going to be what your going to become you arent weak if you cry you have just been too strong and you become so tired of it that everything will come out of its hiding place its the first step of becoming who you truly are

It’s been almost 6 years since my parents divorced and sold my early childhood home. I cried and panicked when I forgot where the piano was, how I had arranged my books and Taos and I felt sad because the year before they got a divorce, my dad promised me that he would always be in love with my mother and she would love him. It breaks my heart to say that I learned things faster than my peers, I got teased at my new school a day after I found out. My teachers knew of this and I’d nothing. Sometimes I think I’ve forced myself to grow up so my parents don’t feel bad for breaking up. “Mum, when will you stop crying?” “It’s ok, I’m used to looking after you Dad!” Those quotes are from a 7 year old me. My dad feels bad for me needing to wake him up, cook the food often and clean. My mother didn’t seem to care, she just got harsher and the harsher the more bad I felt, the more bad I felt the deeper the comments felt. I got to know my dad more and my mum more. Ngl, I might have a preference but I don’t wanna hurt the other parents’ feelings (even if they aren’t the most understanding)

I never forget, the happiness that made my life bright. Its funny, we all wish to be kids again but we must always move on. I really do my old friends as a kid, and the future we said that would come. I guess we were just kids, naive, optimistic, and other. These memories made us happy yet sad, I guess you can call it a mix emotions. If I could, I would like to see the old friends I had and the fun times we played. Just for one day. I hope the boys are doing alright.

I just wanted to share that it breaks me so much to remember my memories with my best friend, we promised never to leave each other, but at the end he left, I don't know how I'm supposed to get over it..
