I'm white and laughed through both songs! Lighten up Billy, both songs were parodies, taking all the stereotypes and putting them to music, not to encourage but to mock them! I grew up in a poor, mixed neighborhood. I had friends of all colors, religions and national origins. So I never define a person by their ethnicity but by their character. I love how he said race, the human race. I refuse to use the term race to designate skin color or ethnic origins because we're all one race, human. Using race to categorize people is an artificial social construct designed to separate us and encourage mistrust. This man understands that concept and is busting out to satirize it. When I did my 2020 census and reached the end it asked me what race I was. Now I could have been a good little robot and checked "white" but they didn't ask for my skin color or ethnicity, so I checked other and wrote in "human". We're all members of the human race and I love how this man calls us out on our stereotypes! 💖

I don't think it's meant to be funny. I think it is meant to be satirical and sarcastic. I think it hits both of those notes and is actually a pretty good song to make you reflect on how ridiculous and polarizing a lot of stereotypes are.
