@@martinc.720 lost productivity? The only reason the government made life unaffordable to have the woman at home was to double their income tax haul! Children should be raised by at home not in some strangers house. Abolish daycare and make it affordable for one parent to stay home and take care of their children.

He's already been jail longer than that, and with 60 concurrent sentences he probably won't get parole ever.

Don’t tell me spouse did not see changes in the children’s behaviour OMG how disturbing. Never let him out of JAIL . Those poor children

So he will go to court, most likely be convicted, be sentenced to a few years in prison in protected custody, be released back into society with a stern warning from the courts to stay away from kids. The citizens of the community he takes residence in upon his release, will not be informed of the threat to their children because it would violate his rights to do so. He will probably be mandated to take classes that explain explain what he did was wrong and most likely be assigned a half assed parole officer to be sure that he is taking his classes. Eventually, he will reoffend, destroying the lives of more children, then the whole process begins again. Sound about right??? My point is that the law in Canada that deals with child exploitation is an absolute embarassment because it protects the offenders, not the victims.

@@Reba24u Nope in the federal prison system in Canada general population and protective custody is integrated. Only in provincial prison in Canada has protective custody

No way i believe the wife was unaware of his abuse of children. She needs to be charged as well.

He'll be out on day parole in 6 months, 3 if he behaves.

some much tougher laws and tough judges needed in the next few years, but who am I kidding, I'm in Canada. depressing...

wish I could write what I'm thinking but it's not too nice for this guy...

He'll get a lot of loving in jail.

No worries he will be let out on bail to do it again and when he does finally go to jail he will probably be in minimum security for about 6 months.

He's been in prison for 7 months so no, he's not getting out on bail, and it's already been longer than 6 months, and minimum security doesn't mean "cozy fun time" it just means less security measures as he probably won't be violent in prison. Anything else you'd like to be wrong about?

Sex offenders are hated in prisons and targeted by other inmates. Even ex cops are hated in prison and targeted in prisons. Sex offenders and ex cops are bottom of the prison hierarchy.
