non of these type of physical symptom like protien loss,blood deficientcy or any vitamin deficiency are caused by masturbation as it only contains them in a very small amount which would also be lost throught normal allowed sex anyways.Actally masturbation doesnt cause these symtoms porn does , thought for some people masturbation can make them fell guilty and cause stress.There isn't any direct proof of masturbation being haram(We shouldn' t say it is because saying something is haram without proof is also haram) and many people say its makroo,personaly masturbation has all the effects of makroo things biologically(i.e it doen't harm you when you do it but if benifits you if you don't) so i think that it might be makroo but its best to not do it for we dont know if its actually haram or not.

@@Farhan-ef6ts my brother, I used this method to control my temptation, every time you pray, force yourself to do NOT masturbate till your next prayer, so from fajr to zohr and zohr to asr and asr to Maghreb and Maghreb to esha, and if you continue this cycle and control yourself and make yourself busy with exercise or reading books, it will take you 2 to 8 weeks to successfully quit it, then you won't even get interested in this sin anymore and you'll hate it, so if you pray every time from your heart, you'll be ashamed to do it when you know you are going to pray in next few hours

Solution : Try to *switch off*📴 your phone instantly and stand up, do ablution ( wazu ) and offer two rakah namaz. Talk to your family or your friends or just sleep reciting ayatal kursi. In day time continuous zikr ( in free time ) will definitely keep you away from sinful thoughts. Try to prayer 5 times a day. Difficult for 3 consecutive days . But once 3 days are passed doing above ,then it will be difficult to repeat any sin. May Allah protect us from whispers of Shaitan and guide us on siratal mustaqeem. Aameen!

there isnt anything like qaza salah its just a concept made from no baises...the missed prayers were supposed to be prayed on those specific times so they cant be done now...the only way is to repent for them and ask god for forgiveness

Sexual Intercourse is said as Haram , It's not intercourse , Masturbation can be addictive so prophet didn't recommended it. I fasted & I still got desire to do & if you say it's shaitan no it was last 10 days of Ramadan & what's the case here. Absolutely to keep yourself from committing any sin to control urge instead of making sin with that , It is permissible in such cases as well as masturbation is not as same as intercourse or your private parts is getting visible to anyone (the term protect your private parts refers to keep it chaste & secret) so it's yours & not going to be with anyone , So prophet didn't openly prohibited to not emit the fluid , So it's very clear according to these that it's not Haram rather it falls under Makruh as well as according to Dr.Zakir Naik and with clear information provided.

It is prohibited but impossible to avoid when Muta3 has been prohibited so Shi'a we prohibit masturbation fully but if you cannot get married you should fast but that is not enough we need to make marriage more accessible to everyone otherwise masturbation is a fact of life and it is sinful because it hurts the Imaan of a person just like speaking too much is sinful.

There are only two sins that are on the border with makruh and these are masturbation and smoking tobacco so much that these are not sins compared to all the other sins but they are sins to a Muslim who seeks to be infallible and this is impossible other than for the Prophets and Imams so this is why we are still debating on this topic and perhaps we should focus more on facilitating marriage for men and prohibiting our women from turning themselves into objects of desire and then closing themselves off to marriage. The true sin is Adultery. Masturbation is absolutely nothing next to Adultery and we live in a society where even our scholars focus on lesser sins than the major sins like Shirk materialism and Adultery.
