As a hairstylist, many things can cause hair loss, for example, medications, thyroid issues, anesthesia, hormones, high protein diets, stress, using rubber bands, and many other things. I've seen positive hair growth results from clients using either biotin, keratin, or collagen. Make sure whatever product you use is made in the US.

I have protein shake mix that has collagen and I use unflavored collagen in my coffee. Been doing that for 2 years. Hopefully it helps prevent the dreaded hair loss. I'm in my 7th week of Mounjaro. Thanks for sharing all of the info that you share.

I have been on Mounjaro since September, 2023. I have always had very thick curly hair. Mounjaro has definitely caused me hair loss! I’m talking huge clumps of hair. But I have also lost 75 pounds. I am taking collagen, keratin and biotin supplements. I will definitely increase my protein intake. I am so happy I found your channel!

I have used Vital Proteins powder with great success! Not only have I had minimal hair loss but my nails are stronger than ever. Love your suggestion ❤

I've been on Zepbound for 3 months. No weight-loss yet but I started losing hair like crazy a week ago.

Protein and collagen have been a constant for quite a while. Way before starting MJ/ZB. Plus, i use red light therapy to my scalp.

Love the red light therapy and my Comfier scalp massager from Amazon. Homemade bone broth with meals.

It didn’t take 3 months for my hair loss to show up. A lot of the things that you talked about I struggle with especially first few days after shot. I’m trying to do better. Protein is hardest thing to get any in for me.

Me too. It started within a few days of my 1st shot! I only did 3 shots because the hair loss was terrifying. I’ve stopped now but the hair loss hasn’t stopped. Once it’s triggered, it keeps shedding.

Sadly I have had pretty good hair loss on this journey. The one thing I regret is not starting a collagen/biotin supplement early enough. :(

With all the different powders used. Are you mixing some of them together? Protein, electrolytes, collagen, fiber.

🍽️ I went from eating three times a day plus two to three snacks to 2-3 times a day I am eating less and my 1st meal most of the time is a protein shake I’m on 5 mg last Saturday I just took my 10th shot

No,. Marine collagens can cause allergic reaction for shellfish allergies. Not bellway.

I don't think it does cause hair loss, I think it's the weight loss that causes the hair loss. In my opinion. And I have researched this....
