This Movement Matters exercise class starts with sitting for 80% of the class, warmup, movements and isometrics; 20% standing for balance and some stretching. It is geared for all levels - options are offered. Class is approximately 55 minutes and is focused on improving your balance, posture, flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance!
In addition, breath work and posture are emphasized.
