Thank you, Casey! I had the exact same experience singing! I had one bad solo audition in front of my choir & quit singing…even though I loved it. I’m starting voice lessons again this weekend…decades later, because I want to get over my fear & reclaim something that I love.

I had shoulder surgery I'm recovering from still. But my job is safe as long as I can heal and still do my job when Dr releases me.

Long time follower and I don’t comment alot even when it resonates, but wanted to validate some points on the 2nd and third draws. I am taking a couple weeks off in between projects, feeling very over-worked and former co worker with the last name of Williams had been trying to get me fired even though he is very mysoginistic. I did take the high road but It’s been a toxic A$$ work environment for everyone. He is very manipulative and I’m so happy to not be on that project anymore.
