Thank you! I know it’s not the typical batrep style most people prefer, but my wife & I love getting into the “story” of the game as it plays out on the table & we try to recreate that in our videos.

Fantastic as always! The story runs rich in your batreps. Although Hakaar has Ghost shield, it wouldn't have been enough to save him from Tarter Sauce's wallop. Can't wait for the next one!

Good call. Thanks for catching that. We did miss it when we played, but the total damage rolled was 16 (6, 6, 3, 1). So, it still would have done 10 damage and been enough to take Hakaar out with the 2 souls (Ghost Shield) that he had on him. I had to go back & recheck the math to be sure. If I'm still wrong or missing something, please let me know: Tartarus' Rivener = POW 12 Tartarus' Dark Shroud = -2 ARM for Hakaar Hakaar's ARM = 18 Hakaar's Ghost Shield (2 Souls) = +2 ARM POW 12 vs ARM 18 = -6 with Dark Shroud & Ghost Shield (2 Souls) canceling each other out at -2 ARM vs +2 ARM So even if he was undamaged before (which I believe he should have been if we'd have remembered Ghost Shield when Hellslinger shot him), the 16 damage rolled vs Dice -6 would have been 10 damage and just enough to destroy him.

I’m glad to hear the chicken sound effect wasn’t lost on anyone. That was one of my happiest moments when I thought to do it

Good stuff! I hope you are able to release monthly like you're wanting to. A small mistake I noticed around 31:21 is that the bane warriors were not getting their weapon master dice.

Awesome video, beautiful minis, great production value. Keep up the good work. That said, please please stop boosting attack rolls when you hit on a 6+ (or easier), you should rather invest your resources elsewhere.

I really enjoyed watching this vid! I'm just getting back into Warmachine so I'm just relearning the rules. When Gorshade went for his assassination run, is there a reason why he went for boasting hit and damage rolls instead of just making 8 attacks?

Honestly, I think it was just that some bad rolls before got into my head and had me worried that if I didn't boost, it'd be much worse. Unfortunately, even with boosting she had enough boxes open on a couple beasts to transfer the damage to & keep Hexeris alive.

Pretty good bat rep. I love skorne but the skronergy put excess unnecessary mental load back when I used to play. How are they now?

I mostly play Orgoth these days, but when I do break out my Skorne, I do pretty good. I like to focus on Exalted and all the funky things I can pull off between Abidan, Hakaar, Hexeris, etc

Love when bat reps concentrate on the minis and not the dice rolls. Folks spend many hours painting, and are lost on a bad camera angle.

Bloat thralls are even more horrifying if you've read Gyo. The whole "scurry up the side of the building" thing is...I don't want to say realistic but urgh...
