Wow has amazing OST...Partially. The rest, while not creative and clicheed, is still REALLY fucking good! I'd still love more variety. (Forge of Souls, anyone?) But hey, the typical epic stuff is totally fine as long as it involves the high standards given by Blizzard! This, e.g, is really cool. Love the choice of instruments!

SirMalorak That was probably one of the big magical parts of wow when i first started when i was 10-11 year old. Remember them times as a night elf, dat start zone music is beautiful. xD

Karolina Zarychta Started about 7 years ago as Nightelf Warrioress. The homeland was beautiful and impressive. One could feel the game, it was just more than a game. To explore, search, learn and interact with others made so interessting. To see, to feel the new blooming countrysides and their residents, animals also as mobs and to forget these instances, dungeons, made me feel for a long time happy. Now, years later, so much has changed, not to a better thing, so much has been lost, so much has gone ..... This music is interessting, but music isn't the game, ... I don't know if I will go on, with Draenor, ...., I don't know ... :-(

G Ernst it's like a drug, the best of times was the first times you've used it. after that, you just crave that same feeling my overdosing urself with new crap they come out with. I miss the old drug, i mean wow. I miss the experience when it was brand new and one of a kind actually. that what made is so darn great.

If there is one thing Blizzard always does right it is WoW soundtrack.

Warlords is maybe a bad extension for many, but the soundtrack is one of the best, and Draenor a magical world to discover.

Played through it recently thanks to Chomie Time and I actually had a lot of fun with it. I only started to get burned out when I needed to get oil for the shipyard missions. When I leveled out of Chromie time I went back and ran all the dungeons and raids and loved it all. I think its biggest drawback was just how much was cut from the expansion at the time.

I think if they hadnt cut so much from it wod would be remembered far more fondly today.

I was in smv treasure hunting.. I came to the elodor village.. there was a treasure symbol in my map.. I went up to find the painter.. he said what did you expect me to give you champion? gold, shiney trinket IR a weapon? sit back and enjoy the view.. the view was amazing ..I waited for 5 minutes and then slowly this music started playing.. indeed the painter didn't gimme any treasure worth noticing but he did give me this music and I'm grateful for ever stopping

I think of the wow community will agree that WoD was a... Well, point is, I think all will agree that they had three things done right - The music, the art (maybe till tanaan), and the lvling quests.

I loved the exploration,the quests,the MUSIC! (Omg the music!) The art was spectacular !!! The zones are the one of the most amazing ingame - to be honest,I enjoyed it so much,and I will go back,gladly - I think the story was poorly made,I wish they included more Arakoa tbh...

I think they actually did a lot right. The music, the art, the leveling experience, raid design, race design, actual in-game character development, all brilliant in WoD. It's just a bummer they missed out on the most important part of a game - things to do.

I remember early WoD days, when doing dailies in Shattrath was a thing, and saving my homeland with this music playing was just priceless. One of the moments I will never forget of this expansion.

Oh man this hits different now

I first heard this soundtrack on Blizzard's stream while waiting to see Gamescom 2015 last summer. Since then, it has been one of my favorite soundtracks in WoW. The music department does not stop to amaze me with the wonderful art they keep crafting.

Its notorious how blizzard's workers put love in what they do. The love they've put in several aesthetic aspects of their game has turned it into a masterpiece, without mentioning their wonderful and extense lore. WoW is one of the games i've been dreaming to play for many years, and that dream has been finally completed. I have to say that, whether if its Wrath of the lich King or the worst expansion (in terms of lore and entertainment and the godawful ítem buff), WoD, this game is always renewing itself and surprising me. I LOVE IT. Lok'tar ogar!!!!!

Just headed to bed, work tomorrow you know... I couldn't help myself, I just had to hear this masterpiece again before closing my eyes and drifting off...

Of Course. Don't get me wrong. I love all the musik in WoW. But this is a Little bit more emotional to the sounds from vanilla which were cool and awesome but not so emotional like this.

I have been looking for this song for 5 years ever since I heard it in a video of legion sampling music that got taken down. It was and still is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever heard 😭😭

it is just the harmony of adventure, exploreing and beholdig. these are the ingredients for a perfect journey... and to be fair... blizz knows this... and thats why we play their games. cause they know how to tell a good story

Even if WoW gameplay is poorer and poorer, there's no denying that every art aspect of the game is greater and greater ! Music, graphics, lore, epicness, characters, design... Everything is beautiful to watch and hear !!!!

WoD was great untill endgame. even then it had good elements. it was an over all bad expac. that doesnt mean everything about it was bad. and the opposite is with an expac like Mists. it had some bad qualities but it was an over all good expac

And the bloodthirsty Grommash is just a little princess crying for help in the end of the exp. Soundtrack was on point inded though.

@@SH4D0WBattousai the lore was one of the bad elements xD Music never goes wrong tho. Except uldum. That one disapointed me back in the day. I remember seeing uldum expecting an egyptian style song. We didnt get anything like it.

most people shit on WoD, but I really enjoyed the questing, especially with music such as this accompanying you. Sure the endgame left us with very little, but it's story is still pretty damn good

I personally thought the 'cheesey' script was good, it made the whole fantasy aspect more of a fantasy rather than attempting to make it over the top believable. It's also Warcraft, and it's young khadgar, so I was expecting super cheese.
