Warlock has been fun at all levels this wipe, I've been really satisfied with it lately. Becoming good with Longsword is the difference maker because even if people close the gap it's GG. Not to mention the PvE with Longsword is elite

Hey Foxman, this wipe is my first wipe, and i've been loving warlock the most out of any class I tried. Didn't know power of sacrifice was such a good offensive tool! I do worry about whiffing it though...... thanks for the video man, keep them coming!

Hey Foxman thanks for the great vids as always. Do you think it’s worth running a hybrid caster/melee warlock with BoC this wipe? It’s my first wipe and I love the BoC style of gameplay but I now realise how strong the caster side of warlock is…

You make hellfire look pretty great but I'm too stubborn to give up my boy dark bolt. Getting them clean dark bolt headshot kills is one of my favorite things.

If u focus a magic damage bonus with as much true 28-33 damage curses(depending on how much mdb) is still possible i have 310 ms with 31 damage curse and have about 120 hp with a mid kit

so is dropping bolt justified here with low gear because it does so little damage? I get a lot of utility out of the spell I'd hate to lose it but I get being able to break doors is huge

Once you start breaking doors and running people down it’s hard to stop - even with high end gear, also hellfire for killing bosses. Bolt still good too tho

This is my first wipe ever, and I happened to roll warlock. I was super confused when some friends mentioned warlock was bad without gear. Seems like its just a new thing

yeah during last wipe there were alot of changes that made low gear warlock much better

I feel like the curse duration would be better for a kit like this!

How is your game so bright? For me all those corners where you can see everywhere are just pitch black where I can't see anything at all

started playing caster warlock with dark reflection and the shard perk everytime someone comes at me they just kill themselves and its really good with hydra and life leech heals alot but without T mastery healing in combat is abit tricky.

what stat u need for more knowledge point?

It's both. It does damage over time to whoever you put it on and also buffs their stats. Generally you want to use it offensively so you aren't damaging yourself though.

Just a lil thing i wanna add onto for da PoS, its 36 dmg but not rlly? In a sense, since it gives vigor and str (both of which give max hp and thus hp) it sorta gives em dmg reduction aswell, but it still does a SOLID amount of dmg, like 25-30, depending on the build, their mr, the amount of vigor/str they already have etc etc

it is 36 dmg cuz u realistically arent gonna kill them or go melee before it runs out. so it isnt any damage until it runs out, but when it does its like instant 36 dmg cuz they lose the vig and str

@@aq441 yeah but once the spell runs out, they lose the strength and vigor. how changing health pools work in this game, is that your health pool stays at the same %. so if u have 200 total hp, and 100 current hp, but then ur max is lowered to 150, u will go to 75, even if u dont take dmg. so the spell always does atleast 30 as long as u are waiting for the duration to be over. druid bear is a unique exception

The damage will still be present once the curse runs out, so if you can avoid melee in those seconds it is worth it

It's the Torture Mastery perk that makes u spells costs more health when casting but heal u when they tick

Barb is heavily favored, but as warlock you do have outplay potential

at 5:09 how did you immediately know that ring was worth so much? as a new player I have no idea and probably have sold many items worth alot more than theyre worth at merchants

Keep all rings and necklaces to sell, they usually all sell for a good bit and they only take up one space slot. Always sell them on market

Depends on the stats on it. You’ll learn as you play but health and additional damage or true damage are always good stats on gear and having multiple good stats on a gear makes it more valuable. I wouldn’t say that ring he got would be worth 1k but I don’t really use market too much to know. A good tip tho is that true damage on anything is usually the best stat people will want to buy

Its amazing to me how many people just ran and didn't fight. That Barb at the start could've just took out his axe, turned and one tapped you about 4 times during that chase.

I hate the fact that he’s mostly only viable in solos because i don’t play solos and i love warlock lmao

would have been nice if you showed us the items a little bit longer. i had to rewind alot to see what was up. Builds works very nicely though. I am new to the game and this build helps nicely with sustain.

Its so good right now, you don't even need that much magical healing to make it work now. I was having more fun on this than wizard.

Curse of Sacrifice does 6 damage, it doesn't stack with will, why only 6 damage? because the Vigor it gives amounts to 30 health

3-4 items in total give you 1-2% PDR and people say "damn we are tanky now", numbers in this game are too low for impact, what am I missing?

Warlock needs some nerfs. The spam the class can do without being able to punish it its dumb. This class needs movement nerf when casting speeds. Currently the strongest class in Solo the only ones that can challenge the warlock is ranger and barb

Foxman, please help me understand on how to complete the howling crypts quest? please? ive asked the game community, and they just flame and laugh like fucking douchebags.. ive went through all 3 maps and still havent gotten credit for the howling crypts quest, how do i complete the quest? please help man

You just have to go to whichever room it is asking you to explore and then must also survive and extract from the raid. One of them was bugged previously but should work now

⁠@@andrewjordan5050howling crypts is a map itself bro just like goblin caves and frost mountain. the quests are for the rooms inside of howling crypts. The map can be found all the way to the right when selecting a map hope this helps

This class is just stupid, magic should not be doing this much this low risk. No way to dodge or block pain is just ridiculous and with that much movement speed. What are mele classes even supposed to do? I'm certainly going to help get this nerfed.
