The secret gate can be done without the final event from the other side. Just requires some jumping.

At the tome at 3:16 there is an a bit easier way for probably most of people to grab it :) like behind the wall on your left is a little wooden plank that is sticking a bit & you can side jump on it :) & just jump like a bit forward wirth rotation & grab the tome landing on the roof of building or if your unlucky on a ground :D a bit easier imo as it dont nead "much" clicking if you can't click on the "sweet spot" :D Really good vid on the map :) +Hand up for every comment that was at a time ;]

yeah you can jump into the hole from the point where there are 2 gates going under for one of the burning vase spots & go like around like in the vid to open the gate & get suplies before activating the event with the torch ;']

@@Tiziano75775 I may be wrong, but I believe it's been patched out unfortunately. They have done a couple little changes to the map it seems. Unless it's a variation and I'm just getting unlucky, after the cog event and the 3rd tome, you used to be able to go left once the crate fell to the little weighted gate, now you can only go right around the mountain. Edit: someone pointed out that the hole in the graveyard was tied to going left at the point I mentioned. So that could very well be the reason.

The "secret gate" at the end event, if you go left after the cog event the crypt isn't waterlogged and you can go through it before you start playing with the torches, i have no idea why its there when you go left and not right. I can only assume it has something to do with the disappearing 2nd grim location?

After more testing, it actually seems to be linked to the signal beacons. If you light them them going left or right the “armoury” opens up as well as that basement area. After the gate to the top of the stair case opens it makes a decent choke point to hold the final wave after burning the final pot.

What do you gain if u lit all bonfires, destroy all icicles? On another map ,i have found that you can interact with grindstones, does this help anywhere?

grindstones allegedly give you a bit of a boost in ability recharge according to some people. However I have never noticed it charging your ability any faster and i believe they may give some small unnoticeable buff or do nothing, though i believe the latter to be more likely

Second grim didn't appear in the chest twice for me, is there something to do or am i blind? Thanks for the tips and good job finding those campfires

If I translated everything correctly and understood, then you did not spawn the 2nd grimoire under the bridge. This is a bug. Most often it is treated in a funny way. First, push the cart to the gates of Tokshtad, let the illusion subside, and only then run under the bridge and open the chest with the grimoire. This helped me.

Lighting the two available campfire unlocks a loot room just before finale. Besides, to get the achievement for all three campfire, you have to replay the map and get the other path.

how do i get to campfire 3? I always go the other way

Does those mini-bonefire give you something special at the end? That's a lot of route with a dead end just for that xD

No dude :D. That's just a mini Bonefire. I think it only works to help us glow that road lol

so the second bonfire you fall down you have to either restart or beat the map and do it again iam very angry now atleast i got all the books

I can't find the 2nd grimoire. Every time I open the chest, it is empty. A bug or something else? Anyone else having this issue?

3rd Campfire is a Leftpath, the path you take after cog mid event takes you left.

​@@plaguedoctor3970 That's right mate, it randomly ^^, have two path is Right & Left after cog event, Rightpath will lead you to the path of the 2nd campfire as I moved in the video and 3nd Campfire as i told you :D

@@ShereKhan15 Excellent! Now everything is clear. Thanks for the bonfire video! I think it should be signed that for achievement with them you need to go through the level 2 times. For the direction of the cart falls out randomly. And you won't light 2 right away.

finished the level 10 times, always got the right path and 2nd bonfire... still craving to get the 3rd bonfire and left path :(
