One of the reasons I always come back to your channel GDN is when you break from the narration for just a brief moment to acknowledge something weird or funny. Like in this video when you take a moment to quip about how old age is the most unnatural death in a world of supernatural danger like warhammer. My favorite instance would be in your video covering morathi, you made some joke about one of the phoenix kings emptying his treasury to pay for Morathi’s onlyfans and that still makes me chuckle all this time later. Love the channel

Thanks. I do try to make it light hearted every now and then. I just don't often have good jokes, so I don't make them, lol.

Oh boy woe raiders using two weapons does make there chances improve living for a rightful old age I have to say hearthguard are just as ferocious Since their not wearing practically almost no armor it looks like the woe raiders got some competition bring on the sword maidens and still try anything once why not referee now who's going to complain about that."😉👍

Heh, in the world of perpetual fantasy warfare, death in battle is the goal to life; living in some semblance of peace just isn't happening, man. Wode Raiders sound like they have a fervour for fighting akin to the dawi's slayer cult's...without the dire yearning for doom. Just as the name of the Hearthguard implies a dawi-like honour of duty, and it's they who seem to behave more like those red-mohawked dwarfs. Or like Gotrek, at least. The swordmaidens instruct the rest of Albion in the art of war!? This codex source was fan-written in recent years, right? Certain details say so. They sound like Mary Sues - “we can do ANYthing, and, yay, they're right!” Warmistresses and the ultimate homemakers? Contradicting historical human nature, these women seem meant to out-do any impressions of damsels of Bretonnia's Lady combined with that land's grail knights. I'm sure they're a fine all-woman warfare unit; it just seems a bit overkill for distinction. While Warped Ones seem pretty wild, were-warriors of Albion, perhaps dangerously mis-named for mistaken association with the Chaotic Powers. Ritualistically transformed, ultimately through giving over to one's own battle rage. Does Khorne know about this? With mandatory isolation included, these guys sound like they're treading close to the actual Warp. Most of these Albionite elites, the males, sound as though they're based around their 'hunger' and emotion for war. While the maiden women are given a “roving generals-and-housewives of the land” treatment, away from the oracles rather than acting as those druids' bodyguards. I suppose the swordmaidens are something like Amazons of the North, and like that society in Lustria the Albionite elite women could retain some ancient connection to the Old Ones. I think the Warped Ones are the most unique and unexpected of those presnted here, as well. A lonely life, more cursed than blessed. Well, anyway, I'm glad that's not me and I'm glad for another of your videos filling out Albion, GDN. More variety from his faction presented against the rest of those in the Warhammer Fantasy realm. Thank you for your work and another edition, Narrator, and I wish you a happy and healthy next week. May the blessings of Danu be upon you.

It was indeed written a few years ago, I believe. Relatively new in the scheme of things.
