@@normanderi Terminator armor refers to any number of frames of Terminator Armor. Tactical Dreadnought Armor is used interchangeably. They are typically reserved for use by a Space Marine Chapter's First (Veteran) Company. Terminator Squads absolutely make up parts of those veteran companies, and it is not at all uncommon for you to have dozens of Terminators deployed alongside one another to conduct coordinated deep strikes or to hold critical strategic points against enemy assaults. They're effectually walking tanks, and often require anti-tank weaponry to kill.

Scales in 40k are a slightly different than Star Wars I think

I’d like to see drop pods added in as a mechanic to this program, as well as teleported terminators. That’s where the space marines really shine. Their rapid infiltration and overwhelming firepower. I’d also like to see close combat added in. Once again the brutality of the space marines would crush the moral of even the clone troopers.

Why does the Space Marine's Land speeders crawl slower than the clones run?

This video IS actually quite accurate, but not in the way you think. See, blasters in Star Wars are basically "high dire rate, lowered damage" plasma weapons (don't trust people who tell you blaster are equivalent to the Guardsmen's flashlights). Even if the damage IS lowered, we're still talking about plasma weapons. The stuff you only give to units leaders, because it's both rare and more difficult to master than a bolter or a lasgun... And for a good reason. So in a universe where a regular company of Space Marines (100 Marines) have to face off against a million clone troopers... The Clones getting out on top would not be as unlikely as you think.

Who uses the combination of every major army from WW2. The air superiority of the Americans, the mechanized warfare of the Germans, the thunderous artillery and mass suicidal charge of the Russians, and the zealotry of the Japanese.

I can’t figure out why the bolters were being fired slow single shot. Makes the space marines look like they were all taking their time. Must not have been able to see the clone troopers in the white armor that where all masses up.

That AT-XT brings a smile to my face. Anyways, space marines vs clone troopers... well. The clones would stand a fighting chance, only in their vehicles.

Two of the best science fiction armies locked in combat, clone troopers and space marines. What could the outcome be?

w40k is so far ahead that the marines still use ballistic projectiles, while SW uses Disney's gay wake lasers....we let them win, we didn't deploy the serious ultramarines vehicles and no 12 meter walkers with plasma cannons.

Nice animation but not very realistic. Those storm troopers would have gone down way easier since their armour is basically made of paper compared to space marine power armour and their weapons are similar to imperial guard las guns so they wouldn't even scratch a marine.

It's fiction. The armor rating Depends on the amount of plot armour and the creator. I've read Space Marines survived getting planets dropped on them, or they die to a single chainbalde cut from a certain extremely lucky Commisar.

I think, the Clone Trooper weapons are a bit stronger, since they shoot light plasma "bullets". And if we would look upon such a battle realisticly, the Astartes would immediatly go after the heavy walkers of the Clones, since those are the biggest threats on the battlefield. Even Bolter bullets should be enough to penetrate the armor of those vehicles. Also: Why is one of the Dreadnoughts armed with a heay flamer? A Multi-Melta or a Plasma Canon would make more sense. And this was only a light army. I didn't saw any Astartes Tanks like a Predator or even a Land Raider

If you think about it, army of the Republic is just tiny bit less lethal Tau. Or maybe on the same level. Just never searched if Tau weapnry and star wars weapon systems and firearms have same firepower

The galactic empirium had around 2 million planets and like 70 million colonies....in star wars you always see small parts of the military. Also star wars blasters are plasma weapons.... and yes plaststeel over cermentide.

Technically there has to be Imperial guard vs Clone army. My personal appinion is that Clone army would be terrified of Space marine, because they wll probably utilize hit and run tactic where will be no survivors on Clone army side. But if Clone army manage to pit down Space marines at some point it would be a massacre for them, but they have chance of winning in it, because as an army, Clone army have much bigger heavy armament support.

I am under the personal belife that that space marrines would give respect even begrudgingly to the clones, how there made and the training they went through. sure the astarties go through way more but again I think they would give a nod of respect to them. one super soilder to another.

Plasma in 40k is used for cracking open heavy armour, it’s used for taking out tanks and it’s used for generally destroying anything that standard arms fire doesn’t deal with. In Star Wars hand held blasters don’t blow open tank armour, they don’t penetrate blast doors and the likes. So at a handheld level there is a very high difference in out put.

EVERYONE HAS TO SUCK AND ACT LIKE JERKS OR IT WILL MAKE MY FAVORITE FACTION LOOK BAD ! In all seriousness, I like 40k's lore, but the setting is so one note it feels like there never is anything new. Between the previous complaints about the Tau and the writers dropping the one Eldar's major storyline because they fear that not being constantly on the brink of extinction wouldn't fit them, then it's hard to expect any major developement. Evereything is just edge, edge, edge and even more edge accompagnied with angst.

В случае реального столкновения империй из двух вселенных, на первых порах у вселенной вархамеру огромное преимущество, просто потому что бесконечная война там постоянна, и потому как опыт, так и приспособленность снаряжения к войне на прядки выше. Тем более, что броня из вархамера рассчитана на положение как пулевого, так и энергетического оружия. В свою очередь галактика звёздных войн очень долго этих самых войн не знала, так что на начало клинической войны все технологии и знания связанные с войной находились в упадке. И не такая уж длинная клиническая вона хоть и заставила галактику шевелиться в военном направлении, но это совершенно несопоставимо с тем, что происходит в вархамере. Плюс и снаряжение солдат во вселенной звёздных войн не рассчитано на противостояние рулевому оружию, так как там уже давно основным типом вооружения является бластер. Однако, технологически что республика, что империя мира звёздных войн превосходит империум вархамера, причём довольно существенно. И в их долгосрочном противостоянии состоит вопрос скорее в том, насколько быстро они смогут подстроиться под противников, и насколько они будут отвлечены другими. Так как у империума множество врагов, в свою очередь у республики это только сепаратисты, которые по определению так же будут врагами империума человечества из-за большого количества ксеносов и использования роботов повсеместно, а у империи Сидиуса только повстанцы, которые объективно без кучи роялей и авторского произвола ничего сделать то и не могут. А так, уже то, что во вселенной звёздных войн вновь начнут использовать технологии тысячелетней и более давности, как тот же корпускулярный щит, может дать довольно существенные улучшения в противостоянии.

Учтите, что лендспидеры крайне шустрые и маневренные машины, а в этом видео они еле двигались и выполняли роль мишеней. В этом месте показана техника клонов: 5:30 - шагающее нечто с остекленной кабиной... В общем, всё это хрень. Если адекватно взглянуть на ЗВ, то напрашивается вывод, что вся техника в этой франшизе предназначена для самоубийц. Взять хотя бы AT-AT: кабина расположена вместе с орудиями, слабое бронирование днища... В общем - то ещё днище.
