I think it’s really neat how the veteran twirls the pin for the hand grenade showing that he actually served as a guardsmen and isn’t just talking himself up.

The intro was perfect and grand. That is how traveling through the warp should be. You are strapped to a chair and praying that your mind isn't ripped apart from the images and warp. As for everything else, it is great. A prisoner turned to useful soldier and finally approved for the inquisition is a great way to start off. I like this story. The only two I see best fit for this are the psykers and ogryns. Nice game player overall. I loved it. 😎😎💪🏽💪🏽

This game is a test to you faith in the EMPEROR, you need to be strong in him just to survive the crashes, lags and bugs sended by the caos gods.

I just saw the beginning and already thought: Hm... A Corpsman of Krieg without mask? Impossibru

By the Throne, that one mission about two hours in, with a single Veteran and three Zealots... We may sometimes joke about wanting to be with a Sororita but that's what it would be like. Lots of shouting, old fashioned grammar and God Emperor in basically every sentence.

The detail is actually surprising, the red dot for the laz gun looks like the window of a cathedral

Seems fitting honestly. Bunch of prisoners turned fodder for the inquisition. No better outcome than basically doing that till they drop dead. Every other outcome is a different horrible death.

It could be worse. The Inquisition might have executed everyone anyway, because you "might be tainted by chaos", maybe even order the exterminatus of the whole planet. The Emperor protects.

Photons carry momentum. A laser weapon having noticeable recoil is not the most implausible thing here. You know, between all the mutants, demons, chaos spawn, psykers, warp travel etc. pp.

If I was a warrior in the future, I'd want them to have some kind of feedback mechanism in them so I can feel the weapon has been shot.

Well it depends on the mechanism too, it’s a photon weapon that fires slower than the speed of light so it’s entirely plausible it’s firing some sort of particle that emits light and heat to have the result of a laser weapon,

Correct but these are definitely not (only) photons. Photons travel at the speed of light (tautology alert), so it would look different. I guess it's plasma or something like this.

The mission with 2 Ogryns around hour 2 timestamps was my favorite

Is it possible to play this game with ai companions or do you have to play with other people?

This reminds me of that galactic rock game. Needs more story. Seems like the game loop is exactly the same after the ship escape.. I was hoping for more :X

I am a blind person who loves to play video games, but unfortunately, it seems that I need help with all of them nowadays. In the first vermin tide game, it took hours of patience that I somehow had, but I was able to find the mission selecting area and the game narrated what mission I was highlighting when I cycled through them. I also played Warframe, but it was even better because the mission selecting area was right there every time a game loaded. I didn't have to walk around or anything to find it. But what about the second and third vermin tide game? Does it only get harder than the first game to find the mission selecting area or is it as easy as loading in and pressing the interact button?

I have since played vermin tide two, and with a little help, I am now able to find the mission area and select the mission I want on my own now. I'm confident that, whenever dark Tide gets updated to full game,this shouldn't be too hard.

@@AremStefaniaK I don't shoot. I just use my melee weapon. All I have to do is wear headphones and point the right joystick at the enemies and walk forward with the left joystick. The rest is just pressing the right trigger. As a first person game, it is a bit of a headache because you have to aim up and down as well, but it isn't so bad.

That was what I originally intended, but I could not find how to do that. The only time bots would join a game is when a player got disconnected.

40ks been doing that for decades with various made up swears depending on whoever is authoring the content. Dan Abnett uses 'Feth' and "Gak' for example.

More than i hate getting pwned by the enemy, is getting killstolen in coop. Game needs SP campaign. Is this really contemporary AAA? Looks hella B to me. I think they could have done just a bit better, english product line always can.

If Warhammer takes place 40 thousand years in the future, Then why are they still using primitive bullet firearms from the current 21st-century weapons & weapons from the precious 20th century looking like ww2? Why not use future tech from the 401st century such as energy weapons? Or beyond. LoL Even clothes and interior design and everything else looks like coming straight out of 19 century and 21st-century era

We don't have laser guns, additionally why would we change something that works? You don't need to reinvent the wheel, hence why combat shovels stay the same Stub guns are also cheap disposable guns made and use by civilians

Because their energy weapons explode. Besides, this is the Imperium we're talking about here, the Ministratum sent you someone else's order 20 years after you asked for it, the Mechanicus kill anyone improving upon basic designs, because "heresy", and the only weapons your basic soldier will have are so cheaply mass-produced that it doesn't matter if the enemy gets them when you will eventually and expectedly die. These are not the good guys.

Why does it feel like this game was made with the RAGE engine from GTA4? would explain the character model running as if he were falling forward, and why the pants are such trash.

How can you make a video about a walkthrough when there is no content for a walkthrough. This game is just shooting, slashing and warping. Levels are one way in and one way out. No open of complex worlds where to search and find stuff for completing the level or next level. I think this game never comes on consoles. This game is absolutely awesome, but when it's finished we live in the year 2050.

The writing is so video-gamey. Not in a good way. The characterization is incredibly unsubtle.

You Play like an NPC... your movements are not that of a player. 3:12:15 You once left a comrade to die even when you could save him, but chose to head to the objective like an NPC. Your aim is not good, it's not even average, thus you wastefully consume your ammo without hitting the enemy accurately. this game's melee is superb, could've used it well.

This game sucks
