Pretty much every scene in the movie is 10/10 XD

Rez up looks incredible. one thing i loved about the LOTR series is that they didnt shy away from the tough shots. they doubled down on them. following the action thru, never cutting away.

2:35 i love this when the music stops just as the charges collide, leaves the battle open and raw to the viewer - letting them enjoy the cinemetography.

저도 이 장면을 가장 좋아합니다. 카메라가 흔들리는 건 아라곤을 찾는 에오윈의 시선일 것이고, 로한의 깃발을 보는 대신 아라곤에 초점을 맞춘 것은 에오윈의 아라곤에 대한 마음이 굉장히 커져 있음윽 말하는 것 같습니다. 더불어 음악, 말 콧소리와 울음소리까지 모두 조화롭게 어우러져 대단히 경이로운 장면입니다

What I love about LOTR is that the non-heroes don't feel like NPCs. You see the Riders of Rohan actually killing Wargs and fighting back and not just being fodder while the main protagonists do everything.

I always like to watch the background action. In the shot where Aragorn grabs the spear, in the background you can see a warg, a horse and the rider roll off a cliff. Pretty crazy!

Damn. Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli were a such a strong team. If they hadn't been with them, they would've died just like Theoden's son.

@Pillow Face hell like damnn near everything produced the last 3 years. Sadly, If you think about it this was also about the only accurate battle in the entire series except perhaps in the first movie in the mine (first attack). Everything after that had characters in level 10 plot armor surfing on shields, counting kills, or dancing on moving elephants

I like the way Lagolas climbing on that horse love from South Africa

What I love about this scene is that it proves that Theoden had a point when it came to Helm's Deep. While going to Helm's Deep was still a mistake, his worst fears of his people being picked off in the open were justifiable. That nightmare very nearly came true just with Saruman sending a small Warg army.

Best moment for me is 1:47 When Aragorn looks back before riding into battle, and the music builds, the sound design is amazing! Its one last look for Aragorn, one last look of the good, before he goes into battle

it is a stunning moment. the pan from the flying banner to Aragorn exchanging looks with Eowyn knowing the danger ahead and the high stakes of the situation. Such a emotionally charged scene. Brilliantly executed.

Legolas on the hilltop sniping will always be a number 1 scene in all the movies for me

Stunning locations. I have just visited these locations at Deer park reserve just out of Queenstown NZ. You can drive up mountain to 7 filming spots.

Agree with the orcs, but I think that the wargs in the hobbit movies looked more accurate with the books

I believe it’s Groin, son of Loin. Dwarves should actually be very strong and heavy, they are miners, they use heavy hand-held weapons and they are supposed to be orc slayers.

Gimli is very lucky to be a Dwarf considering his situation. He had two wargs and an orc on top of him, which would be at least a thousand pounds on him. Since Dwarves are a sturdy bunch, he just ended up being uncomfortable without breaking any bones with at least a thousand pounds on top of him, If he was Human he'd be dead right about now
