Everything that is good about it could have been done with a whole new cast and didn't need to reuse the iconic original kids to lure in viewers. @@RastormYT Apparently the original Adventure timeline is getting a movie to tie Last Evolution to the ending of 02, so it isn't destroyed perse. It was just shamefully used to attract viewers the same way bars have the neon lights for the brands they serve. It could have easily been a whole new cast with a tweak to the story here and there and would have been perfectly fine.

Always been like that, the original reused a ton of animation and often looked cheap but i obviously don't mind it. The reboot had fights like that a lot but when they went all out it was 1 step over the original imo, that last fight was insane. Hope we get a movie tied in to the reboot since that's where all the good animation usually comes from.

The reboot was very inconsistent in quality. Evolution sequences were amazing for Agumon and Gabumon lines, plus a few more like Rosemon, and the rest were mid. Same for the fights, while most were quite cheap, a few got some of the best animation in the whole franchise. The story though, was pretty lackluster through and through.

it still take me at least 2 tries to defeat it in digimon rumble ..🤣🤣
