@@Supergamer-hu5mp this is weird. I'm getting mixed responses from a lot of people about these three. Some say the Owl was easy while the others are hard. And vice versa. Some say the wolf is easier and the owl is harder I think DE actually coded these things based on different play styles rather doing a level system. Like no Archon is harder that the other. They're all equally difficult is just our own handling of how they fight that makes them hard. Like if you're impatient like I am, Wolf is going to be hard bc you want to end it but he jumps around too much. I think an IRL mindset may be the key to actually beating these things.

@@furionmax7824 I'm kind of claustrophobic, so archon Amar was a nightmare for me, his rhino charges could genuinely give me a heart attack. so I stuck with medusa, who was weak as hell if u didn't stare into her eyes (it freezes u) and I just jumped alot at the owl

@@kristiannealy3474 I just left and rejoined a few hours later it started me in my orbiter I stated with the snake and then wolf and with my warframe I destroyed the owl in 30 seconds 😂

@@Drunk3nMonk3y72 it's basically the radar ability that he's using during the video. The same one that they have you use for the earlier parts of The drifter.

I just fought the viper and the owl I tried the wolf before the owl and it made me mad but luckily in the story quest I fought it later and enjoyed ever second of defeating it and it was smooth

Am in my 4th day trying to kill those 3 bosses 😁

Bruh, saw some comments about walking/running backwards, Tried it and holy hell it worked, got him my 7th try, thank you so much

dogey hate it when he charges me, HILARious when he runs into the hole.

one of the most stupid bossfights i played in my more than 30 years of gaming wasnt even rewarding when it was over

This video helped me do this boss in literally 10 minutes on my first try so good job 😅

I just got through the quest Leave him to be the last, it will be sooo much easier. Beat the other 2, those are not that hard, leave the wolf head guy to the end, you will have your warframe and operator abilities then.

My question is if the stalker could just pop up behind the damn this why does the squishy have to do all the work

Took me awhile to realize that I needed to use my sonar to pinpoint the right one, once I figured that out the fight went pretty well.

Stalker stabbing a warframe with a scythe like what the heck that's not how a scythe works

Ye u are able to tell bc when he splits the real one doesn’t have the black effect

edit: i did eventually beat it, but it took me like 40 minutes of pain...

The thing is it doesn't teleport for you and when he lands it sets you on fire no matter if you roll or you are far away now....

I'd be damned i killed the snake and owl first and now my drifter has lost her abilities. How will I find the right one without that radar ability now. I chose drifter hoping i get to use her ability as i liked her new abilities and then the deal made her just like operator.

I JUST GOT UNLUCKY AND GOT HIM... I found it REALLY helped to walk around the black hole in first one.. the second one I just kept circling the middle rocks and finally got him! Good luck, my fellow Drifters

what an obnoxious boss fight

I can’t play Warframe anymore because of these fights I’m legit upset that I can’t go back to my casual looter shooter because I’m locked into this FUCKING NEW WAR

New War was fun the first few missions but now its just dragging on and on and on and on and I get that adding stress is fun but this is just beyond that!! The stealth mission alone makes me hate this mission! The warning for requiring a necramech, bought one with plat, so far have yet to use the damn thing, but the railjack....lordy!!! I went in with very low specs!! They should have warned you before the quest to level that up a bit more. Then you got the drifter dude with some lame pistol, a slow clunky bow....yikes. I just want this to end!!!

These Archons were a problem in the quest, now in the Archon Hunts, I just Harrow 4, Scourge alt fire, then Knell Prime

You can just use drifter's "track" ability if you miss some enemies. Keep in mind that you need to kill minions to start damaging the boss

How tf does it work. It makes a ping noise but doesn't show anything.

These boss fights are terrible.. especially since the drifter has no void powers for 2/3 of these fights.

If you need void powers then that just explains all that I need to know. These bosses are already easy without void powers, and so you want to trivialize them even more? They all have a unique mechanic. Nira is pretty much just a standard fight until she starts cloaking, use 3rd ability to find her easily and then in 2nd phase when she does the scream attack just look away and you don’t get turned into stone. Boreal can “heal” himself during his big screech but if you listened to hunhows advice before, he said “during his paralyzing screech, move in, unseen, then strike” and so basically all you have to do is use your 2nd ability to go invisible and move through the bubble, shoot him down and it stops him from healing. And now finally this guy? Just use 3rd ability to find out the real one from the clones. In other words, these bosses aren’t difficult and imo they are not terrible at all, I like their gimmicks.

@@safijivvaboi5081 I played the quest the day it went out, and it seems that there was a bug where your 3rd ability didn't reveal the real amar unless he was behind a wall/rock, or maybe it was a feature idk, anyways it took me pretty long because i had to guess which clone was the original :')

Seems easier than Boreal, just run away and shoot.

I tried doing what u did but mf keeps tp ing to me and keeps healing. I hate this quest. I acc wanna quit😭🤬

This doesn't help me at all. All I'm seeing is you fighting a weaker version of the boss than what I'm up against. If I was up against the version you fought, I wouldn't have had any trouble beating it. The one I'm up against moves about 50% faster, charges twice as often, is on your heels constantly, and deals three times as much damage when it hits you.

Personally, a few things I'm noticing people are doing differently in these videos versus what I've been doing, 1. Walking backwards while shooting. 2. Using environmental objects as obstacles to avoid attacks. 3. Not running too far away . I have noticed that most of the times of the boss teleports toward me, is when I am trying too hard to run around him. It's a catch up mechanic that he will not use if you don't go too far away.

@@insaynt9924 I never got far away from the boss in the first place. His basic running speed is faster than your character's maximum travel speed no matter what you do. The only way to even get outside of his melee range while he's chasing is to catch him on obstacles, feint, or wait for him to use an ability which immobilizes him briefly. Most of the time in which I'm not in his melee range, it's because he ran away.

Players have no choice but to complete the quest if they ever want to see or play with the new content that has been coming out. Dante unbound won't be accessible untill the new war quest and whispers in the wall quests have been complete(which is the only reason I'm even doing this quest). Cool quest, but locking players out of all other content until complete is kinda a dick move on DE.

@@Optronix117 without it i didn't have the waxbounds since i can't kłŁŁ an eidolon alone to get the shards and players tend to stick to their elitist teams that can kilŁ an eidolon in 40 seconds so no team for em and alone you can't really farm them without proper after the normal star chart stuff. I tried this fakłng boss fight for hours without any success and the shłt stalker only pulls you up once in the entire bossfight when he did the next thing i saw the wolfman flying towards me so i died instantly anyways.

@@Optronix117 I have 3 lenses for 3 schools but in the shłt new war i can't use any of it... and i'm stukc with the shłt a$$ bow and the clumsy drifter fightong the dogshłt boss and it didn't go well no mater what ido he hits me even in the smoke jumps on me right after stalker pulls me up so i instantly start al half helath and on fire...

The only slightly difficult part of the quest was the stealth mission in the Narmer veil factory, Archon boss fights weren’t that bad at all.

Lmao... I played this fight and it had me thinking that maybe I should give it to some pro players to get it cleared.. Ansd I've never felt that before in my 600hrs of gameplay

Literally about to quit this game because of this stupid questline. I saw that it was long and could not leave but nowhere did I see I could not use my tenno or its gear. I had to kill these bosses with the fucking drifter. This is not why I play warframe. I want my god damn tenno and above that in every video the poster is doing more damage than myself and finding the actual enemy and not the clones much faster. I have gotten this guy below 50% for him to just heal back up to full multiple times. I hate when games force you to be brick walled by something that isnt even the basic mechanics of the game. All the way to this point I have been strictly melee and now I need to use a fucking bow. Stupid design beyond all belief especially since I have no way to get out of this. The game is basically bricked at this point.

I love the story, but i'm hating these quests. I like changing things up, but not like this. It just doesn't feel good when there's only one way to tackle a problem. I don't have the patience for that anymore, outside of retro games. The War Within felt like a nice balance, this just feels like crap. I never wanted to have to go look up a tutorial on a damned boss again, but this game _already_ wants you to have a fuckin wiki open at any moment. I'd rather not be repeatedly taken out of the game like this.

Saved this guy for last, I was looking forward to it once I beat the second archon but instead I got to absolutely pummel him into the ground with my warframe... ngl I wish they were harder

@@jjcameron0096 the only people that really wouldn't have a hard time with this would be players that are used to moving this slow bc that's what's getting me. I'm too slow and I'm not very good at predicting a fast opponents movements. Plus I'm impatient. The more I think about it the more I realize that the Archons are more than likely based on some of the most highly played frames in the game like Owl was more like Volt and Limbo. And Wolf is like Rhino, Loki, and Ember all rolled into one while Snake is like Saryn. We aren't fighting enemies we are fighting Warframe Hybrids. If you look closely at Wolf's lower half it looks like a rhino mid section.

Honestly DE has thought of a smart concept to make the quest especially hard since... It is the final quest... With this a lot of story ends and new story will start next year... Now instead of making enemies that can endure Warframes of players that have gotten to this point would be at insanely high levels, so DE did the reverse and heavily debuffed you. This quest is easily the hardest out of them all since it requires you to actually fight, to use strategy. And yes the two archon fights you do with the drifter are probably the hardest part of the quest entirely especially if you chose to fight Amar and Boreal (Wolf and Owl) since they heal a lot more and can kill you very quick if you don't watch out. This is a very challenging alternative to letting players drop a nuke with their Warframe on slightly buffed sentients

Tbh the boss fight wasn't as bad as everyone is making it out to be its simply a bit harder

Its not enjoyable. the only reasons they god awful quests are bearable is due to cutscenes, but first time i found im skipping them just to make this quicker. Its like everything you enjoy about playing the game, mobility, abilities, parkour etc they remove for quests. Even the operator for half of it walks at the speed of an elderly person. its like they have 30 minutes worth of ideas for cutscenes and are trying to shoehorn some half assed attempt at player interaction to make you feel apart of it. Worst part was when i checked the wiki to see how god damn long this crap was going to be.... Oh, and you can never take a break and go back to what makes warframe fun in the meantime, nope. If you start the quest you have to finish it completely before you get to go back to enjoying the game. Not sure why so many people seem to enjoy these 2 minute worth of content missions dragged out to be 10 minute+ missions full of timewasting methods instead of any real fun. Like dont get me wrong, the lore is a fun watch, will hopefully find a cutscene compilation and enjoy it after ive removed the memory of their idea of a questchain is out of my mind.

This is an stupid boss.

i hope DE continues to lose players after making this bullshit. I uninstalled after 6 months. Mechanically it's slow and janky, the cinematics are cookie cutter bs, I don't care about any of these people anymore, the whole alternate universe is lazy writing, the boss AI I'm facing is 100 times harder than this, he leaps at me and kills me in 15 seconds. I simply do not want to play this. It's not warframe, it's assassin's creed from Temu. You don't change games midway through. I have a hard job and I don't need a chore of a 4 hour mission full of crap I hate in video games.

So glad I decided to just skip this entire quest so far, watched all the cutscenes so I know what happens for closure and can just continue playing as normal. The only way I'd start this quest is if they put out an update that you could leave whenever, honestly the worst design choice I've ever heard of in a video game.. let's lock people out of playing a game they enjoy if they can't complete 5 hours of completely parallel challenges that are nothing like the game in any way whatsoever. Lol

It's not about sucking at the game. I never had any issues in the base game. The playstyle in this mission is completely different from the base game. Just because people are having issues with this mission, doesn't mean they're bad at the whole game.

This took 4 years… a hour a year. And completely stupid quest design of forcing your weapons onto you for this section. Thank god for war frame. It runs on whales and a lack of anything else in the genre (on console not pc), not quality.
