Author's note: Why no Dispatch Overdrive / Arcanes for more speed? Because it's Captura - enemies don't spawn naturally in Captura, and the game only allows you to spawn 3 at once. To make matters worse, on big maps like Plains or Orb Vallis, enemies have incredibly erratic spawns and can end up miles away from where you were standing. If you watch the full recording in the description, you'll notice that a lot of time was spent finding proper launch points for Gauss to run as long as possible without smashing into anything (and for the buffers to be in one place). It was almost impossible to consistently spawn enemies to proc DO/Arcanes off on the launch areas, so I left it out for practicality.

Speedva with radiation proc, power donation 30% to 6 other buffers? I think it's slightly better than a sprint boost. Edit: Oh yeah you can also just turn on friendly fire in captura, and if friendly fire lets you go trough Nova's Wormhole then you can get some real spicy speed

Did some math, based on the footage around 5:00, I went in game and found the rough distance from the one players POV to the tip of thr lake that is below Gara Lake, since it took about 5 seconds for Gauss to get from Ostwan Range to that point (roughly 1020m) that means he was moving at 204 m/s or 456 mph.

Now the aerial view is a nice touch. This is pure awesome

I always come back to this video, I believe it’s honestly one of the greatest displays of raw speed in a multiplayer live service game. I can’t think of anything else that allows you to be this absurd, while still being in this caliber of quality when it comes to live service multiplayer.

Now I really want a scene for a TV show, not even just anime but any show, where a character accelerates to a speed so high that the entire screen inverts upside down and they look like they're traveling through some sort of abstract world. Only geometrical shapes around them and crap. That'd look kick-ass.
