That test between the fasteners was very insightful! I thought the reason the wooden dowels were used was for earthquakes so the structure can move slightly without damage. But the fact the screws didn't slot the wood and held was something I didn't expect! Thank you for the tests!

昔からの木組が一番と思いたかったんですが、まさかのビスの勝利でしたねぇ、でもステンレスかクロームビスだったら１００年は持ちますよね？ 立派な倉庫が出来上がっていく様子、楽しく見させてもらっています、完成は来年ですよね？ 屋根材はＳＧＬ鋼板が一番でしようがガジヤさんの倉庫となれば天然スレートがぴったりだと思うんですが？

I really love your videos, im really thankful that you make the english captions for them too, your work is excellent as far as im concerned. Those "iron clamps" are sort of like ones my father used to use to hold up ceiling joists to the main ceiling beams in the houses he built, they were bent 90⁰ and were called ceiling dogs, they were simple and strong.

Hello from Russia. I think plywood or OSB as roof base are better: 1 sheet covers more space and also make building much sturdier. You can use cedar scrap boards from below to make ceilings look nice. Also that test is cool, but you apply force from down to top, and in real life there wii never be such situation. More often buildings shake from side to side, like earthquake. In this case screws or L-brackets are better, because they bend, but dont break. Also long nails are used because of that. Good luck, like your videos a lot.

垂木用ビスって強いんですねぇ

杉の野地板の方が長持ちしますよ、合板は所詮接着剤で張り合わせてるだけなんで湿気等で徐々に剥離します築20数年の屋根替えに行きましたが剥離して貼り合わせが一枚一枚バラバラでした😢
