there is a danish-faroese band called valravn. i like their music a lot, they have really good live material and the singer has a very distinctive voice that reminds me of björk, but a björk that has decided to make nordic music. wardruna is a band that keeps growing in me since the symphonic viking voyage

I cannot begin to tell you the feelings I had throughout this! Let's just say I got so damn emotional I cried for the duration of the show...Magnificent is one word that comes to my head. My son is still pissed I didn't take him with me lmao. We clapped so damn much my palms were swollen for two days (arthritis my love I hate you)... And I think at the end we made poor Einar cry a bit lol....
