Wardens: Operation Whitefish | FD Real Show

Ойын-сауық

Wardens - Season 3, Episode 11: Operation Whitefish | Outdoor Documentary
Watch 'Wardens - Season 3, Episode 12' here: • Wardens: Operation Whi...
In this episode:
This week, wardens come across a gruesome crime involving deer poachers as well as some illegal fishing activity. They also say goodbye to one of their own, as Captain Jeff Darrah retires from duty after 26 years on the job.
When your job is protecting our most precious natural resources in some of the nation’s most remote areas, there is rarely a dull moment. Wardens chronicles the lives of Conservation Officers in America. The show features the men and women who protect public lands, from ride-alongs on interstate game checks, to anti-poaching sting operations; from remote snowmobile trails in grizzly bear country, to unforgiving white-water rapids. While the focus of Wardens is enforcement of regulations, the show takes special precautions to ensure the general public understand those who would violate the rules are the minority and the vast majority of encounters with our Wardens are law-abiding citizens.

I am a rancher in Australia and have been watching the Montana Wardens for some time now. In another life it would be a job I would love to take up. Like the Wardens protection of wildlife is critical for most Australian ranchers. Congratulations Jeff on a fine career I have seen you in action on the channel and you always showed fairness and dedication. Good luck going forward from Down Under.

And man the show will not be the same without you you really made it something special and showed us the laws and how passionate people should be and how passionate that the fish and game wardens are and you are just one of a kind and I hope your retirement is well and you still keep hunting and fishing and doing what you do thank you for everything that you've done for us and the show.

I remember when I first the episode in which Jeff Darrah retired, I was bummed yet happy for him. He's a good man. I think Kyle Miller did a great job being firm, yet fair with the fisherman he encountered. Community policing with honest people at its best!

Being a former cop in Northern Ontario, Canada, I wished I could have worked by your side, as unfortunately, many of my colleagues were criminals themselves, from the top down, and that is why I quit. Happy Trails Captain. Thanks for your service. I certainly hope those killer's get caught. Poaching is one thing. Taking game outside of season to feed your family is understandable if not condoned. But killing game just to kill is outrageous and it makes hunting very difficult because certain areas get closed, private land is no longer available, cuz ranchers get pissed off and no longer trust anyone, and new redundant and ridiculous regulations make it harder for the rest of us to have an effective hunt and feed our families.
