When I tried this one on Java, I discovered that the Warden's projectiles won't hurt the Dragon, but will launch it. Let's just say that I found a way to make the Dragon go far away from the portal that may or may not have involved a hundred or so angry Wardens.

The Warden is heavily close range dominant but has the occasional sonic blast for a ranger burst attack that can do more damage then the Wither’s consistent dps. The only thing that gave the Wither a tie instead of a full loss was the spawn explosion in the beginning giving it a head start and the self destruct in the end allowing it to take the Warden down with it. If either of those explosions didn’t hit then the Warden would’ve loved and won.

I experimented with a Warden vs. Wither fight on Bedrock, too, and got varied results. (Flat world) The outcome was dependent on where the Warden was when the Wither was born and killed, as well as on the difficulty setting. On normal, it would either be a tie, or the Warden would win, whereas on hard, it would either be a tie, or the Wither would win.

I love the way the warden just goes absolutely berserk against the wither, like “NOOO NOT ALOWED!” That charge at you while he shoots that beam attack is insane. Also I love that his melee attack is way stronger than his beam attack.

So in conclusion: the only mob that actually stands a chance against the warden is the wither, even if the fight is a draw. Not exactly. Some of those mobs help themselves if one is attacked. One piglin is a shit, but what about a complete bastion? And a lot of bees, wolves, zoglins, zombified piglins...?

Nope, the ender dragon can’t take any damage from any entities other than the player, but the ender dragon can damage any other mob, meaning it can kill the warden while being invincible to all its attacks

Very interesting film. I belive outside The Wither, Shulker is the second mob with the most damage until his death. Warden also takes moderate fall damage from Shulker, which shows what would happen if there were more Shulkers.

Recently Mojang has been favoring Java as far as parity goes but I hope they will go the opposite way with the Wither because the Wither is supposed to be this badass, feared and super powerful boss which it is on Bedrock however on Java, it is not. I'd agree except bedrock wither exists. And see, the one, very important difference between the two is that the wither is supposed to be killed. The warden isn't. So the fact that the wither is still so powerful on bedrock edition that it is essentially tied as the strongest mob, and is MEANT to be killed, says something.

I actually did the warden vs wither before and I done it in an ancient city and the warden won. This was all done in hard mode but I think the location can change the flow of the fight

This was just a whole avengers fight😂

Fun fact: You do need commands for the warden to attack other mods.

That’s interesting, I pitted the wither against the warden in bedrock (on ps4) (no mods, just in creative mode) and the wither beat the warden with half its health remaining. Additionally, when I pitted the warden against the dragon, the dragon didn’t shoot any fireballs but neither could hurt the other, even with the end crystals removed.
