He had more hp because you were using pve lower ilvl gear in pvp. That is also why they went after you because they probably figured out you were cheating yourself out of 10% versatility. The set gear is pve only on beta, it doesn’t upscale to the pvp ilvl.

The other lock had more HP than you because you're using Illhoof's Design (Hellcaller talent). It's a really bad talent because it makes all your other healing worse, including Demon Skin passive soul leech.

Affliction is in the weirdest state it has ever been. I don't understand why they want affliction to do no DoT damage but have the most dot interaction in their spec, but make MR do most of their damage. The only reason to even cast dots that are not corruption/wither now is just to enable MR to do stupid amounts of damage. Then they've made affliction completely worthless on ST by making their Shard gen tied to RNG on a single ability.... I mean wtf is this spec.

I think it's sincerely absurd that they made Drain Life, THE warlock's most iconic spell ever, totally useless even for Affliction. Exactly like in Demonology and Destruction in retail, the spell can actually be removed from the bar thanks to the fantastic idea of ​​eliminating both Grim Feast and Inevitable Demise from the game.
