With Toga and understanding her, I think the most important thing to remember is that quirks have an effect on a person's personality, their drive and their needs. With a quirk as inherently 'vile' as hers, no one bothered putting any effort into trying to help her understand it or its effect on how she thought. All her life, it seems - at least ever since her quirk manifested - she'd been craving any sort of semblance of love or understanding. She was forced to bury her true urges and struggles beneath a mask to appear normal. But that ended up being no sustainable to way live and of course, there's gonna be a point where any one force to do that without guidance is going to snap. Not even her own parents bothered to teach her how to control them or her own abilities. She grows up not knowing what love is, not really knowing what right or wrong is, just trying to follow her feelings and find true connections with others. She grows up feeling like the world isn't made for people like her - and really, she's right to a degree. I've always wondered how she would have turned out if she had met someone like Vlad King, or Stain, in person - who also have blood-related quirks - and if they could related to her urges and helped her work through them.

This war arc is the last arc of the series, but its SO long, that they are splitting it into two season. I think were getting 21 eps this season and 24 next season, and thatll be the end of MHA
