your cosmortar need to be lvl10 or higher to gain the extra 50 range...if thay are above lvl10..then make sure rubi is off and click on the unit your trying to kill dont allow cosmortars to get to close

Proteus can have a tech equipped what speeds up friendly air units, so you take less damage because they flying so fast. Also there is a tech what slows down enemy air.
