4:14 The Boss 9 used a Semi Hemi SOHC 429 engine developed for Nascar. The Boss 429 was an homologation Mustang for the Nascar use of that Ford Boss 429 engine to compete in Nascar against the Chrysler Hemis. I can't see Ford using that engine in a street legal S650 Mustang due to it's weight and it highly likely inability to pass any type of government emissions and EPA regulations for street use. Great design, but Totally unfeasible. If you want to build your own Boss 429 Mustang. Contact John Kaase with an estimated $22,900 to get your 770 horsepower carbureted Boss 9 motor built along with an excellent fabricator to fit the engine in your new S650 Mustang.

I'd take it if they'll sell me it. Ford owes me a Mustang after cheating me out of my 77 Cobra. Boss 429 sounds about right to replace my 77 Cobra, its been awhile. 😅

Ford will have to place a BLUE OVAL sticker on a Porsche GT3RS and then it can compete with a V6. LOL More wings on brick need more powa and brakes. 5.2 V8 NA and SC lol just to be in the game.

First. That car will never be built. 2nd. Who's the as you put it. The commentator and 3rd. What does this Commentator drive? Do you have any idea how much this Mustang would cost? You seem to take it personal that some people earn enough money to Purchase these high end, hand-built specialty performance and super cars. Maybe focus on vehicles that fits your needs and are within your budget. I'm curious. What's your definition of filthy Rich?

Who cares the Boss 429 was never a dominant engine except for some NASCAR success. I t was a pig in street form back then and where could it participate in any organized racing series. The IMSA limit is around 300ci and 500HP. It definitely would be a winner on the show car racing circuit. The BB Chevy still dominates in most BB classes and the Hemi dominates in top Fuel. Besides this video is most likely Fake.

This is BS!!! The body of the car changes back and forth throughout the video showing Mustang verses Ford GT styling. The Boss was never a Supercar! It was an enhanced Mustang. So when you get the real car we want to see it. This video is fake!!!!!
