I would suggest using the open D pedal going on in the verse riff. The chorus riff is 2nd fret on the low D then open G string and then play x500xx , x400x, x000xx. I see Rich playing it this way.

Welcome aboard!! You could transpose it pretty easily, the second guitarist plays it in standard tuning. I think the hardest part would be the intro lick, but maybe a drop D would help with that. Always glad to help!! ~ I appreciate your time & the kind note!! My Very Best ~ Joe
