First time looking at one of these trucks. As someone who runs a mobile food delivery business - if there is a way (in future) for generator to be reduced and inside of truck can be used for dual purpose that could be good double money maker for people like me.

I don't see any reason to have a built-in computer it's actually a negative. A laptop can be upgraded at the owner's budget, won't get vandalized or stolen, and can be used remotely.

in same boat. could be great way for double income but that generator is huge so the technology just isnt there yet to reduce size.
Would it survive in very cold weather like -40 or -50c,, and is it washable??
