1. Spiritual awareness 2 . Healthy food like 70 Percent fruit and 30 percent cooked ( sadhguru suggest this food pattern mostly ) 3 . Keep working any sort of work ( 9 - 12 hrs a day ) I'm not working yet ..with in two months I'll start working 4 . Barefoot walk 5. Get a good company ( spiritual friends ) 6. Be a minimalist 7 . Be responsible while dealing with money ....every month make sure to save some money atleast 10 percent from your earnings . 8 . Sleep atleast 4-6 hrs a day 9. Eat two meals a day ( sadhguru says ...if possible try to eat one meal a day ) 10. Share the good information with others

Sleeping time which is 7-9 hours is crucial, not 4-6 hours. Please prioritize sleeping time more than anything else. Your sleeping time information is wrong.

I still ask people about how they are, how their family is and are they well. I hardly ask about the work in the first few conversations. Surprisingly, I feel it is not common for people to expect someone asking about their well-being. Because most people don't know what to respond and they are in a hurry to come to 'the point'.

Very apt video. I have read somewhere (paraphrasing here) that Humans have evolved really well to handle scarcity and cannot handle abundance well. I have seen the mathematical & civilizational reality up close of what Sadhguru Ji mentioned in many ways. Also Men not identifying themselves with what they posses, but what they can do, get too intoxicated with power instead of wealth which women get intoxicated with. Without spiritual awareness, things can fall apart very quickly for all Humans.
