Nhi bhai, knee dominant strength se daalte h They take time on the crease to produce force with legs and shoulders for eg Shaun tait, Johnson etc

Just do hill sprints for explosiveness, don't do long amount of running above 200m as it coverts Ur twitch to slower, so explosive exercises like 100m weighted runs are very useful
