This video has good historical context but far too simplistic with the recent development, the tension between China and the West is so much more complicated than just a rogue diplomat. The fracture began at the start of 2010s when Xi's much more hawkish and aggressive faction assumed power, then China started to reform their currency to be used for international trades, which was viewed as a threat to the petrol dollar hegemony, there's been a whole host of other issues since then that factored into it, certainly much more than just some official who started tweeting in 2019.

Well china 🇨🇳 definitely understands that losing the support of the west and the global south at the same time isn’t in the best of its interests. To counter India’s growing influence in the global south or at least prevent them from being the global workhorse, and with a plummeting economy China needs the US and wants to be on their good books for the time being.

it is from Fort Detrick Lab in Maryland - shut down in 2019, where the training base for military game located. And it brought to Wuhan by the US via Wuhan International Military Game by 300 + athletes and personnel (one note, with 300+ from the US, 0 Gold, 3 silver and 5 bronze. ranking 35th)... 5 sick athletes being transferred back via military plane mysteriously days before the whole delegates went back...
