The crusher broke down just as it made contact with the Z. The junkyard is in a relatively remote area, so it will take a few days to get new parts. This leaves time for a young racer named TopDoom to find it...

This is art. Everything you do is art. I could so see a modern rendition of Wangan Midnight where we see Akio in his older years driving this beast of a car and then having a crash, just like previous owners, and as for Blackbird, there is probably another Blackbird out there that is a newer, more powerful Porsche 911. Love what you do!

It was small, at first. A small rise in global car accidents, it’s expected to fluctuate, so not an issue. A few years later, the accidents caused by “visions” or “hallucinations” see an increase by exactly 3.1042%. All victims report seeing “an old blue car flying past them”. And then, it happened. The world went dark. The sound of an L28kai on steroids materialized in every single living being, humans, plants, animals, and strangely, some cars. The now visible stars danced in space, morphing into a perfect picture of a Nissan S30Z on black and chrome RS’s. More shapes started to pop up. A mostly carbon fiber Porsche, a white FC3S, and white r32. The sound of all 4 fill the heads of every form of life. Darkness. Despair. Destruction. A massive dirty old yellow car crusher, quintillions of kilometers in size, appears around earth. The slow, shrieking sound of high pressure hydraulics fill the silence of the shocked world. I love the small detail on 1:19 showing the junk 911-964 as a detail that the original blackbird was going to be junked because of it's state of tune and it wouldn't pass inspection, and that till to this day, the blackbird rests. might not be accurate but good enough.

there's a 1992 mitsibushi 3000gt gto abandoned near me, it is a beautiful example, jaw dropping and i wish i could have her and i wish i knew about her past, the only thing I've managed to find out is that she was imported from japan here to the UK in 2003

God, the render and atmosphere is so beautiful. I really like the detail with the volume 1 Wangan Midnight Manga sitting next to the Z. But seeing the Devil Z 400Z and the 930 Blackbird getting crushed sends me tears.

I recommended that you do this a while back, nice to see you pulled it off! Very good work work as usual! “Painful moment” would have been my first choice of music from the show for this tho.

The year is 2023.Akio started a tuning shop,and he uses the tuning skills Kitami taught him before he died to build extremely powerful cars.And much like Kitami's cars,most people can't control them and end up in a crash.Still,people take that as a challenge,since they are braver than people in the 90s. One day,A customer brought a brand new nissan 400z.That customer was none other than Tatsuya's son. Akio tuned the 400z up to 1000hp,so that he can have a challenge on the wangan. He tried to warn him about the danger of this type of tuning,but Tatsuya's son is a bit arrogant. Akio's z also received sone extra tuning bigger turbos and a 3 step system,pushing 900hp. Tatsuya got a 2021 porche 911 turbo s,wanting a faster car.The porche was also tuned by Akio,pushing 1100hp. One night,the three of them go on the Wangan to race. Suddently,headlights appear in their rear view mirrors. Reina appears behind them in a white r35 gtr pushing 800hp. The true race began. Akio's z was in lead,being lighter than the other cars. The 400z suddently loses traction,and Tatsuya crashes into him. They were still alive,but Tatsuya's son was badly injured. Tatsuya has a broken arm, but his son fell into a coma. They weren't sure if his son will ever wake up again. Akio comes to visit,and to apologize to Tatsuya. He said it's not Akio's fault his son didn't listen. Tatsuya takes all the blame on himself,and he swore to never drive on the wangan again. A year later,his son woke up,but something was wrong. He was paralysed from the waist down. The doctors said it could be fixed with surgery. The surgery was successfull, and he went to see Akio. Akio apologised to Tatsuya's son,but he said it's his fault for not listening. Tatsuya's son quit racing,and soon after,Reina quit it too. Akio kept racing because it brought back good memories. Tatsuya's son's z sits now at a Junkyard,waiting for someone to repair it and to race with it again.

Pretty accurate. I had three minor accidents in my S13 Silvia and fixed the car and kept driving because I loved it. Then, accident number 4, it tried to kill me, 120km/h impact with a wall, I didn’t do anything to upset the car, the back just started moving left towards the wall just like the Z. I survived with damage to my lower back and a few fractured ribs but it would have left me paralysed if I wasn’t in a bucket seat and 4 point harness. The car itself is being rebuilt but it’s definitely cursed at this point.

This is like the most underrated theme song. Its just uplifting

DevilZ sat there all those years and evolved into a 400Z. Meanwhile Blackbird's still a 993.

Well, there’s one thing I have to say, and it’s that when a character (or in this case, car) is killed off screen then there’s a high chance that it will return later on in it’s story, and as Koichi Kijima once said: “I can’t see the Z’s legend on the Wangan ending like this”, so my guess is that it will live to race once more

Wow this is just sublime , the details, the scenery and everything overall is just beautifully done. Love the blackbird being put in there, really makes me wish there was a new wangan midnight with these newer cars

I like how the Watanabe still fits the Z, thought of a new set of wheels

Absolutely amazing work as usual.

The Devil Z spent those times in the junkyard, but the headlights still works. For the BlackBird, I asked to myself : "Why do you show an old 911 instead of the last gen ?" But it's probably harder to understand that this car is the BlackBird, because the last 911 is so different. Anyway, I love your video ! It's really a stunning job !

This gives me *CHILLS* And the music just makes it perfect....

This car ain't even out yet and my man here making me tear up because of it, truly a work of art

Cars aren’t sentient but it sure does feel like they have a soul

Literally made to give chills, the Music from Wangan fits so well to the cinematic shots

All of these abandoned/retired car series that you are doing bring a tear to my eye. I really liked this one!

Where's Akio? I can hear this car screaming for an owner, but I don't think it wants anyone else but Akio. Also, good detail with the Watanabe wheels on the car. I was expecting a more modern designed wheel, but hey watanabe wheels is the Devil Z signature look.

I think so too, after all, the Blackbird was built to defeat the Devil Z. When the Blackbird’s headlights were off I believe it symbolized it had no purpose in coming back to life due to his rival not being racing anymore, but once the Z left the junkyard it “came back to life”, as if it had a purpose once again

Reina R35, Shima 911, Akio 22' Z. Quite the set up

U know what could have been epic? That the Nissan, at the end of the video when IT was gonna be taken by the crane, it turns on the motor, and runs away right to the camera and ends with a drift. Just imagine that, because Midnight legacy is for ever.
