the last 5 ep were a serie of tragedies, it literally depressed me but still one of the greatest kdrama i've watched.. in my opinion we deserve at least an extra episode to see them meet in the present time... i hate open endings :/

+silver girl I understand why you want it. But For me It's clear ending for the story of Hae Soo and Wang So. All plot lines were ended. Their relationship in future is the different story, that doesn't belong to the story in Goreyo times. These stories are connected, but they are different. Ha Jin and reincarnation of Wang So in 21th will not be the same characters that we know. I don't want the second season because produces and authors without the proper basis of story line from original chinese book (or drama) will make typical krama with typical plot lines.... I don't want that for SHR. And why the last 5 ep were tragedy? I cried only watching the last ep, in first part of 18th episode So and Soo were still happy.
