Walwal is slang for getting drunk to blackout drunk. It tells the story of a brokenhearted person and how they're driven to alcoholism. The singer is either the temptation to drink or a real friend that suggests drinking out the sorrows. Either way, at least to me, I interpret the singer as the temptation/demon that tempts downcast people to drown their sorrows in alcoholism.
