7:00 die Bohrer der DC170 Reihe haben mir schon manche Tage gerettet. Die geh'n echt gut!

The mind boggles how you would ever program a machine like this. Some people are very gifted with this ability. Also the tools shown off are boss.

There is no gift to it. Its studying, training, trial and error and experience. Edit: and therefor far more impressive.

Holy shit! Programming simple 3 axis I thought was challenging. Just wow!

Wow, very nice thread milling technique, plunge milling the corners before contouring, C-axis face milling with a slight y-axis variation, chamfer mill holder was nice touch: was the drilling cycle manually programmed by the book? Deep drill tip has no coating! Very good Demo, thanks for sharing. In terms of quality: It's hard to tell from the video but It seems that your 2nd hole on your deep drilling cycle has some ovality.

I think I'm gonna buy some machine of this kind and the pay will come from its KZread videos xD

Zeigt doch mal die Pflege der Werkzeuge, schärfen, zentrieren, Winkel schleifen, die Maschine ist wirklich Spitze.

Nein, entgratet wird als letztes, da du beim schlichten sonst wieder grat aufwirfst... das ist das erste mit was man als zerspaner lernt Bzw kommt nach den entgraten ausnahmslos nur feinschlichten und Gewindebohren/ -formen
