Like, you do realize you're a wamen too, right, Ma?! 😂 My response to what those assholes said about you that you talked about in your previous stoeytime vid: "Fat!". Well, at least that one makes sense. But, still, you don't go saying stuff to make someone insecure about their weight & fatness! "Ugly!". WTF?! Even if you were ugly, which YOU SURE AS HELL AREN'T, you don't say that to somebody! "Slut!". What in the actual f@@@?! They know absolutely nothing about you! I'm so sorry about all the bullies that you've encountered in your life! From my experiences in 4th & 5th grade, middle school, and high school(it happened the least during those years), I know exactly how it feels to be made fun of, especially as a fellow autist! There was one particularly really hurtful bullying incident when I was in high school. "Why don't you go back to your retard class?!". That shit really f@@@ing hurt! For context, in elementary school, middle school, and high school, I had both special ed classes and regular ed classes. Also, Shannon, this would be great for your cats! legend-tiger.co/products/magic-organ-cat-scratching-board-sale-50-off?twclid=2-6prwphd0qon7ncme7coisd2rp. no... self defense course don't work like that... you are not supposed to feel safer with them. Self defense courses are for self defense and they are not that much of a help without the physique to actually properly fight. You are better off training martial arts formally than picking up a random self defense on the super market. Also, real advice. Just run. A fight you never fight is safer than any fight you actually fight doesn't matter how prepared and skilled you are. People can have hidden weapons and even if they don't you aren't untouchable so you will be punched and strangled and you aren't superman so you can't just tank hits and continue fighting forever. If you do feel the need to defend yourself... a knee to the nuts and open palm to the nose afterwards is more than enough to stun anyway.

Don't just point a weapon at someone if you are not ready to use it. A deterrent and cardio are good enough

Well, turns out that after a while I noticed two guys following me so I started to sprint to the store and told the cashier to hide me. She did and the guys just walked while looking into the store. "A man, in his 30's, with a nice jacket..." Oh oh oh, was it me?! That was probably me! "Whose going to pay for it?" That's not me, I don't need your money I got my own... Seriously, I had a weird experience before. I got put on a late shift at work and just got off and was walking to the bus stop down the road. A car full of young women pulled up and wanted to talk. Asked if I had a phone with Verizon or other carriers, which I did. My sixth sense was kicking in that this isn't normal and I had bad vibes. I could smell drugs, probably weed, in the car. I cut them off saying I had to get to the bus to go home (kind of a lie, I just recently got evicted and was homeless, but a friend was letting me crash with him) and they offered me a ride. I didn't trust them. I'm a big guy, black belt in Issinryu karate, former military, I can fight, but five small women inside of a car would not be ideal because my ability to defend myself would be very limited especially if they had a child lock activated which would prevent me from being able to escape. Plus they might have a knife, gun, taser, which would make it even worse. Thankfully the bus was coming by right at that moment and I flagged them down. Turns out it was a thing that happened rarely in my part of the state. Several women would kidnap people for whatever reason. Armed robbery, ransom, forcing people to commit crimes, random acts of violence against men in general (2010's, a period which hurting innocent men was acceptable to some groups of people). I haven't heard about it recently, but it could have happened to me. People just gotta be careful no matter who you are.

Whenever I said I wasn’t interested the guy would never leave me alone (and would keep asking me for my ID) and when I walked away from the situation he would follow me around the store. For context I’m an 18 year old girl who’s going to college and I don’t have any friends or family around so I have to do errands alone pretty much every time. Glad to hear the situation didn't escalate and you both managed to get home safely!! But yeh I can imagine that American supermarkets at night are like.. Prime creep locations. Giant empty parking lot, barely any folk around. Grocery stores over here usually close around 21:00 or 22:00, and are usually located in residential areas. Be safe out there shgurr!!

Good call on getting back on the car. For good meassure you should buy pepper spray just in case they start getting handsy. Getting into martial arts would be a good way to start training your entire body and breath control to enhance your endurance, stamina and speed whenever you actually need to run away. If you do get into martial arts always have in mind to run away first and do not engage in fights. Do not get into mall academies and do not leave after a short while. You gonna need at least a couple of years at a good academy for it to take an effect that is useful to stay alive. Also prioritize cardio if you can and your feet allow it. Please stay safe. Run away the moment you feel actually threatened and take care shanon. We love you and don't want you to get hurt by scum that just hurts people to get by

That actually relates to the exact way my mother's ex husband is, never being able to get off the phone with him due to the fact, he'd switch to an all-new topic, or some other thing, or something, else, causing normal calls and coversations to go on for hours, even though I don't like talking for THAT long, at least not with a dad that doesn't even really comprehend nor understand me, not as if my mother does, yet far more than my mother's ex, my dad does...

I was at a Costco one time when this woman was asking for help, first to pay for food and to give them money. They were saying how they were robbed and that they were traveling somewhere and whatnot. Long story short, out of the kindness of my heart, I got scammed out of $1,000 dollars because I struggled to just say “no” and walk away, despite having many moments where I could’ve done so. Fortunately, I was still living with my family at the time, so I wasn’t screwed out of rent or anything, but it was still a painful lesson to learn.

Selfishness is encouraged in these situations!!!! Your safety is always more important than their feelings!!! Especially a stranger who you owe nothing. (Pro tip: they’ll just ask the next person they see anyway. Your “no” probably isn’t going to make or break them.) 10 times out of 10, it’s better to come off as an asshole during these interactions than to risk your life just to be polite. Sharing this because it took me a very long time to realize and I would tell my younger self if I could!!

We were connected in no way, we weren't following each other, nor any similar people. I have no idea why people like that think that would ever legitimately work. Glad you're both safe though, people like that can be so unpredictable.

Everyone form a wagon circle in the parking lot with your cars and trucks and party i guess??? Regardless, as some who works at a walmart: dont shop there at night. I refuse to work night shifts for various reasons. This is one of them.

because the company has policies in place that basically allow this sort of behavior to happen in their stores. employees aren't really allowed to do that much if a customer is being weird or sketchy; they aren't even allowed to stop and search customers that they know for a fact are shoplifting. the most they can do in situations like this is call the police, but they can only really do that if the situation is serious enough to warrant it. since this guy didn't actually try to cause bodily harm to them and wasn't carrying a weapon (to our knowledge, he could have had a concealed one), the store couldn't do much about it tbh. its really dumb, but that's unfortunately just how it is. walmart really needs to get new and improved policies that can protect customers and employees from creeps and maniacs in their stores, but i don't realistically see that happening any time soon.

Gotta love it, not being able to go out after dark because of all the nutcases who prowl around in it. Mind you, I'm a fairly big guy, but I have super high anxiety when literally nothing is going on, so the night streets scare the living sh*t out of me. It kinda sucks, too, I like the look of night time, the streetlamps, the dark blank sky, the moon. Y'all had some balls to go out that late. I'd have just went to sleep and gone the next day.

A little saying I follow is that nothing good happens after 11 pm. My mom works as a first responder, and though she’s in a low-call area, she says the calls after 11 are usually when it gets bad. Another time for me, I was headed home with my mom and younger siblings at like 11:30pm, when a truck swerves around my mom’s car and another car, and starts trying to race the car in front of us. On. The. Expressway. Nothing good happens after 11 pm, and stories like this further enforce my decision not to go out after a certain time. Be careful out there, people.
