Yes! but still make your own research. And I would avoid the index funds, mutual funds, or specific stocks for the time being. The 5% fixed incomes are the safest bet for now. Or hire/ work with a good market strategist. You're safer that way

It's amazing how analysis think that CPI (the rate of inflation increases) averaging 2.5-3.5% per yr. is still ok, when we all know those rates are just not showing the true inflation increases, and let's forget that everything since covid is at a pricing level between 2-3X from where it was before covid, yet wages did not rise at that rate to keep up with it. This is why credit card spending and balances at an ATH is currently standing, while credit card interest rates continue to rise, without notice to the consumer. People think that they still have their stimulus is still in the bank....ROFLMAO 🤣 They all spent that puny amount of money within weeks of receiving it, on bills pilling up, along. You think it was a lot of $$ but in fact it was like $600 each time, so maybe $1200-$2400 per person or couple, all while not working and racking up bills!!! And then everything spiked up in price and prices shot to the moon. These charts do not show ANYTHING of how the working class blue collar person is faring, even white collar workers and families. So THOSE Prices have yet to pull back, they are still holding, unless they've pulled back a mere 10-15%, which is nothing compare to 2-3X rise in prices on goods and services! THAT"S the True truth of the situation at hand! Since Covid, homes and rents doubled, mortgage payments doubled. New and Used cars double and tripled. Same with home supplies, food, eating at restaurants, plumbers, handyman services, roofing, gas did for a bit, but came down this election year, but oil, car supplies, mechanics have all doubled in price. It's ridiculous!!!
