This is all the encouragement I needed. I have a heel spur and I can't exercise the way I used to. I've added a lot of weight. I guess this is worth the try. I'll do my first workout, tomorrow, God willing and update. Thank you.

Started on January 2, so this is day 3 for me. I got a little extra motivated yesterday and did all of the workouts, so the repeat of the legs/belly/arms workout today was extremely challenging at times. I had a lot of leg and foot cramps, so I am going to focus on better hydration throughout the day to help remedy that. Loving the workouts so far! Thank you for putting this program out there.

Almost 14 days have been passed. Any change u felt yet while doing these exercises?
I do a pilates class each week but was unsure how to bring it home for exercise on the other week days. Have seen wall pilates all over social media but was unsure. Found your channel and this free challenge, love the fact that you're doing it for body well being rather than weight loss etc. Going to start this January 1st (tomorrow!!) to get the year off to the right start. Hi Rachel: I'm starting your program today. I love your advice on many tips of being accountable. I'm a massage therapist x19 years. The workload is killing my body as I'm out of shape. My doctor suggested I do pilates but I live in a small town and it's hard to find pilates classes. Luckily, I ran across a different program on facebook and I could not follow along. Then I searched KZread and your video came up. I'm so thankful. I believe I can do this for 28 days and more. I'm hoping for the best. Mainly, I need to feel better to keep doing my job/passion to help people with their pain without having my own pain. Thank you for creating this program. I appreciate you!

Me too... I signed up to Betterme and received no plan and they took a 3 month plan from my account when I only requested one...looking forward to this..
This has been amazing. I usually don't like listening to instructors, but this is great. I also did the 10min standing cardio on my heavy flow days. Man I am feeling the burn from that workout too!!! I am already noticing I am more in shape of 6 days of the challenge and 2 days of the 10min cardio! Thank you for making this free!

Hi Rachel, thank you so much for this series. I just started having lots of heel pain. Was diagnosed with a heel spur and it just has been holding me back from doing any of the exercises I used to. This is a great way for me to get back into it.

I'm looking for a strengthened and balanced body diminishing body pain because my muscles are working together and not out of balance. I'm looking to feel less stress because I love taking care of my body and seeing any toning is a benefit as well!

Hey Rachel, I have a quick question. I want to tone up my muscles… without losing weight(as I’m already skinny).. is calorie deficit diet suitable.?What type of exercise would you recommend on your channel?

Without losing weight no you wouldn’t want to be in a deficit. For toning I would always recommend resistance training. The wall Pilates challenge is a form of light resistance training, and my newer videos are even more so resistance training focused so those would be good to do as well ☺️

Workouts don’t decrease cellulite, but if u workout + eat in a calorie deficit it will help decrease cellulite!

There is a lot of ab and most notice a change in the ab area if they do the challenge! Truthfully not sure about helping with fibroids, that might be something to ask your doctor

The best way to get “toned” /more muscle visibility is eating in a calorie deficit + resistance training to maintain the muscle you have. So you could do the challenge one month, and the next two months if you want to repeat the challenge, see if you can also add more activity in.. like daily walks or another video. I hope that helps!

most ppl have said grippy socks help the most, and trying not to press so much into the wall.

with any workout plan u do need to focus on diet to eat in a calorie deficit if fat loss is a goal. I recommend the carbon macro coach app if u need help there. but yes combined with diet I have had many ppl say they have seen changes with the challenge! mostly stronger abs and glutes, seeing more ab definition :)

Sorry I missed this! For lower perhaps you could try rolling a towel or small foam roller to provide support for the low back while you are in a lying position.

It can help strengthen the core, which can help give your abs a smaller appearance by being able to hold them in better at rest. I think it’s great for anyone looking to “tighten” their core
It hurts when I push up from the floor to my shoulder blades. I am already using an exercise mat. Any tips?

Try not bridging up as much.. so not lifting your hips up as high. That seems to be the most common problem for upper back pain!
just starting my 3rd week, yay!!! HI Rachel, if you might find some time to advise, I've got a quick question over here please- I noticed I've got lots of spasms in my leg muscles...is that a potential sign I'm performing some of the exercise wrong or it could be something else? thank you

Soo good for you, you’re almost there! If it’s leg cramps it could be hydration too! Especially if you perform in the morning. I get the same if I don’t drink water or an electrolyte drink before filming

You may also be low on magnesium, it always helps my cramps. I get them when I walk and exercise more ❤
