Sir I am renovating my house. I constructed two more floors on existing structure. Dampness observed inside near beam area of old structure. Areas below beam are ok. After cleaning with wire brush removing all dirt can I apply sure seal without washing. I am using vaccum cleaner to remove dirt after wire brush application

Hello sir ., hamne bahar ki wall per double plaster karwaya hain or terrace ki wall pe bhi naya plaster karwaya hain . terrace bhi water proofing karwaya hain fir bhi leakage ki problem aayi hain kya kar sakte hain. Terrace se pani nahi leakage hota hain lekin bahar ki wall se pani ka leakage ho raha hain to kya kar sakte hain. Last year hi karwaya hain. To kya kare . Fir se plaster karwana padega kya . If outside wall gets damp and seeps in will applying from outside will serve the purpose.
