took me a couple of days back in 2002, mainly to use the scanner to copy a fingerprint and then use it on the door scanner when i first bought the game.

I was playing it when I was 10 and I thought it was another first person shooter. I had no chance to finish this level.

I don't know why, but this corridor will be in my mind for the rest of my life

Played it when I was 8 years old on a friend's ps1. We loved James bond.

Wow.

It was a major breakthrough in my life when I finally got to the next floor. Probably 80% of my total game time was spent in the first lobby.

You English speakers always had advantages playing any game because of the language. Kids like me in the 90s who didn't know a single word beside yes and no had lots of trouble going through a whole game, yet we did countless times and that made me a fluent English speaker today.

I remember not having a save card so I would always replay the first few missions over and over again, I knew the first three like my own damn hands. I think I beat the last mission once and the middle ones all the time. Holy shit this game was great for 6 year old me and I loved it

Quite a steep learning curve for a game - the first thing you gotta shoot is the cameras, which requires quite a bit of precision. This seemed to be common in PS1 games tho; in Driver, the first mission was to pull off a load of complex manoeuvres in an underground car park in under a minute or two without hitting anything 🤯

Lol I was just playing driver one less than a week ago for the first time in a while, and was saying the same thing. Very hard at first. If you change the controls and have an analogue joystick controller aiming in 007 isn't hard at all.

First time playing this on the n64 I accidentally punched the lady because 6 yr old men goofed off. Screen read MISSION FAILED did not know why guards were shooting now I know.

I got this on emulator and the analog controls don't work I want to look with the left stick and move with the right stick. I can't do this on the emulator even if I enable analog. I remember being able to do it on PS1/PS2 with DualShock can anyone help me here change it.

The first mission was so difficult

..... You know what sucks about this? Was the fact that my cousins got the game but none of them knew english so it was difficult doing this mission AND THE REST OF THE MISSIONS......... None of them enjoy playing 007 because of it..... I remember it 18 times they fail doing this mission in guns blazing. I wish back then they could've add some subtitles in their games so at least those who can't understand english Would at least use a damn Dictionary so they can help themselves
