Yup your right. I grew up in this area and played on American street as a kid. The tracks were there up until about 2 years ago. I have documented American street on several driving tours, motivational speeches, walks, and even in this vlog in 2018 where I walk from corner to corner on this whole side of american street. kzread.info/dash/bejne/lKFmt9ODj5Oej9Y.html Appreciate your support. hope you have a wonderful day!

Hey brother. I own one of the Richard Allen homes since 2020. Looks like PHA was giving out 0% interest loans to residents who wanted to buy the Richard Allen homes with the driveway and large yards back in 1996-1999. People are now deciding to sell so I scooped mine immediately because anything south of Girard is booming. Many in the neighborhood are homeowners and either decided to stay for life or sell in the next 5 years if the market is right. The long line of cars you were looking at are GoPuff drivers picking up their orders to deliver.

I got robbed at the Richard Allen projects back around 1987 or 1988. I was working close by and I don't like to pay to park so I parked around 10th and Brown at about 6am one morning. When I turned the corner to head toward Spring Garden street was about 8 fine young men in their late teens or early 20's with bats. If it wasn't for a local guy walking on his way to work that told them to FO I probably would have been beaten to death but I did give them my wallet. I had no cash and everything else was easily replaceable so they basically got a Velcro wallet, my license, credit cards that were cancelled before the stores opened and a bank card with no pin to an account with $3 in it. I still don't pay to park, I have issues with PPA. Now I often park around Hawthorne park, the former location of the infamous MLK projects.

Guess your new to the channel. This was shot several years ago when I use to document my city. I have captured over 600 virtual tours covering over 100 philadelphia neighborhoods throughout all corners of phiiladelphia. I kinda know the city like the back of my hand. Born and raised in NORTH PHILLY. 5-7 minutes from here. After documenting the city I decided to do a cross country trip in 2021. Which I completed in 10 months in June of 2022. I captured over 400 tours covering 48 states here in the USA. After that I haven't really documented much and just been chilling in the country side a few hours from Philly. Living that retired life in the woods in my mid 30s. ♥️😅 With over 2000 videos in this channel. I promise you haven't watched anything. There's positive and great stories about each community. And there are darker sides to the neighborhoods documented. I'm not bias. I tell it like it is with no favoritism. Also I'm not google earth or siri so I don't know it all. What I did here anyone can do. And they can do it better by adding their own dynamic to it. Have a fabulous day.

Nope. I have watched a couple of your vids over time. K&P that was easy. This video say three years ago not five…hmm pandemic time. The video title read a tour of Richard Allen. “You” walked through Harrison, along 10th street connected to Cambridge then walked through Richard Allen. Your Overbook and Wynnefield video was wrong too and in South Philadelphia. Your research is poor. It is not bushes it is shrubs. Masonry facades or stone facades You know your city, nope you know your hood. l will stop there. You are confusing people. Sorry bud. Guess you were just driving.
