The Blogger doesn't even understand his vlog. *Province of Tarlac *Province of Pampanga are two different Provinces. The capital of Tarlac is Tarlac. The town of Tarlac is now City of Tarlac. I think Tarlac Province has 17 or 18 towns.

Tarlac is not ans will never be a part of Pampanga boss. Pls make a research first,.Tarlac is a separate province from Pampanga
