Welcome back to my channel. In this video, I’m walking in a wealthy neighborhood of Hampstead in Montreal. Hampstead is an affluent suburban town located in the center of the island of Montreal. It competes with other affluent areas such as Town of Mount Royal and Westmount. This walking tour was recorded on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at around 12:10pm.

Hampstead is beautiful especially in the summer time. Maybe I'll do a few walk in Hampstead to film the gardens.

I love this! I love spotting luxury homes! The houses here are bigger vs the ones in my videos😂 I have to visit Montreal once the lockdown is down! Thanks for this!

I lived in an apt building at 6201 Cote St.Luc in 1971 - it backed onto Hampstead, corner of Glenmore - always a nice view!

The town of Hampstead was founded by Sir Herbert Samuel Holt one of the richest canadians in history if not the richest. He rests in Mount Royal cemetery. He and his partners wanted to replicate a wealthy London suburb "the original Hampstead" and they certainly succeeded

Hampstead is a rich neighborhood, but not the richest. Westmount is the wealthiest.
This is a safe and secured neighborhood, not a wealthy one.

know that. I did a video in Redpath Crescent and Summit Circle. But I never said Hampstead is the wealthiest area. But it is a wealthy neighborhood. There's no way a middle class or upper class could a afford a home in Hampstead, at least in the part of Hampstead where I walked. I just the market, there are a few small houses for sale for over 2,0 M. I think you have to be rich to afford that.
