I think the average price in this neighborhood is around $3,000,000. Most of the houses are small. 2 bed 2 baths

@@pleabargn hello and thank you for saying. For Spaulding Square I am sure there is a loose nit group of people. They do have standards as to what you can build and how you can modify your house. More of a historical preservation
