@@ovibiswas7849 Only large buildings like schools or high-rise buildings are made of steel and stone in North America. Family houses are made of cheap plywood, pressed sawdust.

That's because it's a wealthy neighbourhood. The city will likely take care of the roads more their (to avoid complaints from powerful aristocrats) and the property owners (said aristocrats) have plentiful money to spend on expensive gardeners.

The average rental price of houses there is 4-5 thousand dollars per month, let's say the lowest ones. I don't know about taxes and other expenses. But two working individuals will easily hold it. Imagine working there with two or three friends and renting such a house. Dreamy.
Very nice neighborhood. But when but they like to teardown the houses and build new ones here. I seen it happen. 😢
