If i knew turkish, I would 100% move to Istanbul! Everything's so perfect there compared to the US / California. Especially housing prices, taxes and insurance are WAY better in my opinion. Last year I paid around $21,000 for my family health coverage, no wonder we have so many people without insurance and especially homeless people in the states. Skid Row is an entire part of LA, where hundreds if not thousands of homeless people reside. I go to Istanbul twice a year, it is just like a dream!!

Visiting and living differs very very much.Tourists visit Istanbul for a short time, they haven’t any imagine about real life .

It's not an exaggeration. It's the truth. Abdi Ipekci Avenue may not be as famous as Fifth Avenue, Ginza, Via Condotti, Champs-Elysees or Rodeo Drive but it's widely considered by many shoppers worldwide as among the most elegant, expensive and luxurious shopping districts in the world.

So chic ,love it ,boutiques, cafes restaurants sidewalk life, love to be there strolling up and down!!!!!

I am an American and when I saw this , I was thinking, are we really the best country? Our cities are crumbling, garbage everywhere, potholes, graffiti, people dressed like they just woke up. Seriously what are our politicians doing with our money? Help me understand.

We have the same issue in here too. They are just showing the beautiful places. I have never been in İstanbul but I know there are so much trouble in İstanbul too. Turkey has issues about garbage, economy, politicans with money e.g.. Maybe there is no perfect country.

Beautiful neighbourhood. But looks like nobody cares about the trafic lights. Its green for the pedestrians but cars are still passing lol

That is Istanbul for you. Not only they won't stop for you, but if somebody in front of them stops for you, they will get mad. I grew up there, then moved to California and got all comfortable with drivers paying attention to pedestrian crossings, etc.. Now I live in Florida, and it is like living in Istanbul all over again.

if you have the money it cant get any better than istanbul. nice city, nice weather, sea, unlimited amount of bars, restaurants, shops, 24 hours awake, good nightlife.

What a beautiful city is Istanbul! İ was there many times but newer been in nişantaşı next time i will go there for sure

It has become a most exclusive district of Istanbul. It owes its name to the target column used by the archers, as in Target-Stone. I went to school, walking down that street twice a day for 7 years, many many years ago. It was very nice then; it is still nice but different. If you go on walking down the street you will end up in Maçka, also a very nice neighborhood with a splendid view of the Bosphorus. Thank you for the video!

Çok güzel , 1966 dan itibaren bu bölgede 7 yıl ikamet ettim , olumlu yönde çok değişmiş ve düzene girmiş , Şişli Belediyesini kutluyorum.

5:14 Orhan Pamuk's family house. He was born and grew up in this building, "Pamuk apartment". In "Museum Of Innocence" he is telling about this neighborhood (also in other novels)

Nişantaşı is in europe. İstanbul is a city that has territories on asia and europe

2:50 Bayer or Sağlık Apartment (The beige coloured apartment which is included KOLAN, INTERMED and YARGICI) was built by my distant paternal relative, pharmacist Hüsnü Bayer to Rüknettîn Güney at 1951, one of the most famous architects at early republic era. This apartment's number is 143.
