This walking tour was filmed on Saturday April 9th, 2022 starting at 7.44PM at Putrajaya IOI City Mall. The multi award-winning IOI City Mall, located within IOI Resort City, is the largest mall in Southern Klang Valley. It is easily accessible via major highways and public transport. Its 1.5 million sq. ft. of lettable space is occupied by trendy fashion brands, supermarket, cineplexes and F&B outlets offering exquisite local and international dining experiences.
The mall is home to an Olympic-sized ice-skating rink - “Icescape” and a 70,000 sq. ft. adventure park - “District 21”. Its car park of 7,605 bays is the first in Malaysia to be equipped with a car finder system that gives customers a sense of security and a hassle-free experience in locating their parked vehicles. Meanwhile, along The Symphony Walk, you may indulge in a myriad of cuisines amidst an ambience of tranquility and lush landscape.
With a net lettable area of 1,350,000 sq ft (125,000 m2), it is occupied by fashion brands, supermarket, cineplexes and F&B outlets across three levels of retail space with 350 tenants.
For comparison, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur leases out 1.6 million square feet. Consisting of a diverse entertainment and retail mix, crown pullers of IOI City Mall phase 1 include District 21 (a post-apocalyptic-themed sports and recreation park), Icescape Ice Rink, GSC Cinemas, and fast-fashion and sports brands Uniqlo, Under Armour, Adidas, H&M, Muji and Guess. Currently counting approximately 350 tenants, it also houses an home improvement outlet, a supermarket and a department store.
