I just tried you’re walking exercise and then I walked the way I normally walk and I realize when I do my walking, and I walk every day I don’t work any of my muscles. When I tried you’re walking I’m using my muscles thank you very much.

Great video, thank you! Are there any other things mamas should be keeping in mind when walking while pushing a stroller as well as walking uphill or downhill? I find the calf stretches to be super helpful

Thank you! However, just learning Tai Chi walking will do that and much, much more.😊💖

Great demonstration, great vedio. Thank you! Just wanted to add .. it would be better if we teach them to move thier leg using flexors,so that same side gluts or extensors are off and the other side extensors work better to propel the body. Becoz I see most of my patients with unilateral back pain or knee pain dont flex even few degrees while moving forward and take the leg forward in complete extension, which looks like a robo ;) , this also eventually reduces the effective movements(rotatory) in pelvis, making pelvic stabilizers more weak or inco-ordinated.

Institute for birth healing: i've used a walker w/seat & wheels since 2014, i will shortly not have to use it anylonger. Please demonstrate correct walking w/a walker. Thank you for educating me.

Can you talk about mamas who carry babies on their hips all day long and nurse while standing, nurse while cooking, nurse while typing and standing and cooking, nurse while shopping, nurse while walking around the zoo carrying a 9# purse and wearing a backpack and carrying a bag of food? If the answer is dont do any of that- Im out of luck. I have to nurse and some weeks can never ever put my 30# toddler down. I rarely ever walk without some bag ot baby or bag and baby or multiple bags and baby. I do use and Ergo carrier but still have a purse and backpack and bag. Thank you for this video. Xoox

Annie, I will add a video on that. In the meantime, when you use those carriers allow the carrier to do the work and not count on your body to hold up the baby. When carrying your baby try your best to keep as good of alignment as you can and switch sides often. Carrying on the same side all the time creates imbalances in our muscles. Even yourself out as much as you can. Good luck and thanks for the comment!!
