Walking Fish and Fiddler Crabs Dine on a Muddy Buffet | Ganges | BBC Earth
Үй жануарлары мен аңдар
When the delta tides fall leaving just mud behind, mudskippers fill their cheeks with water giving them the ability to survive on land. This allows them to eat the nutritious debris left behind by the water.

It's cute how those mud skippers are trying to evolve into terrestrial beings.😄

So when humans swim in the ocean, they're attempting devolution?

So their solution to arguments is to kiss.

An exquisite shade of blue (spots or lines) is the trend in the mud fashion stage. So beautiful! So well-known creatures in the low tide, but come to think of mudskippers' protruded eyes, it's bizarre. It takes me much to imagine those charming eyes like in the position of many other fish species. Which is the anomaly, a huge claw or the other tiny one (more likely)? Yes, the big one becomes useful in searching a mate, but in other moment .... Nature never fails in overwhelming our imagination!
Example of sea to land evaluation journy
I appreciate the background music, as an Indian 😊
Arguments can get very heated..... funny🤣
Amazing. Love the polka dots.

This is incredible ! Mudskippers belong to these creatures that made the passage of life from the sea to land! 375 Mio. Years ago ! Our living ancestor the walking fish ! There is a very interesting book on this from Neil Shubin entitled "your inner fish"

Dear BBC, stop calling our Holy River "Ganga" as 'Ganges', please. Or else we will start referring BBC as ब्री दू वा ( ब्रिटिश दूरदर्शन वाहिनी) and soon our north Indian brothers will make it ब्रिजवा (Brijawa) ...
